Casa Junior | Private Downtown Rehoboth Apartment just 1 block to the beach!

Welcome to Casa Delaware! The Casa Junior Apartment is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach with 1 convenient parking spot, the Apartment is just one short block from the beach and around the corner from the amazing restaurants and shops on Rehoboth Ave ... you are literally just steps from the best of the City of Rehoboth has to offer! And the best part is that you will never need to move your car.

An adorable second-floor apartment with a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. These two twin beds in the bedroom and the living room has a double sleeper sofa. There are also two shared outdoor showers (with hot water) and 1 parking space on the property included.

Please note, from May 15th to September 15th we usually rent on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. On occasion we may be able to accommodate an exception, however, so please feel free to message us with special requests. Additionally, we provide comforters and pillows but you must supply your own linens and towels (Sheets required: Single beds, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa. There are several companies in town that rent them if you would like to do so ... just message us and we will provide you with suggestions!

Great Location.

This property is 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and close to lots of restaurants and shops. There are two floors worth steps as pictured in the listing. The bathroom is tiny but functional. There is an outside table on a small deck but no view. The central air is a big plus. The listing says four people but that would be cramped. Note you need to bring your own linens. The decor is "early beachy". This rental is all about location, location, location.

It's All about Location

The property is very cozy and pretty. The location is superb for its proximity to the beach and stores. And of course having a parking spot is priceless. Also, we were able to check in over 2 hours early that was amazingly convenient!

Spontaneous beach getaway

My partner and I decided to take a weekend trip to Rehoboth as part of a trip from the west coast. We were thrilled with the cute little property, the location, and the hospitality of the hosts. Everything was exactly as expected and we couldn’t have been happier with our trip.

Good location w parking. Good host!

If you’re looking for a good location with a parking spot that is clean and has good host - this is a place. It is not fancy. it is not an up-to-date space but it’s simple, and clean and close to Main Street and the Beach. When I arrived somebody had parked in the spot assigned for the apartment. I called and she answered thenshe rectify the situation within minutes even though she was in an airport about to fly. She is very responsive and friendly.

Excellent experience

This place was more than what I anticipated considering its proximity to the beach. Very clean and slept 3 for us but I can see it sleeping four. So close to the beach and the boardwalk. This was great because it gave my nephew something to do in the evenings. He went on all the rides. There was a restaurant right where we entered the beach so we could grab a snack or drink if we wanted to. The owners were beyond responsive. We had an issue with the TV and they always answered their phone. It didn’t go to voicemail. So great! We will definitely come back! Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Perfect size and location

Easy breezy beach stay - all the essentials

This apartment had everything you needed for a short beach stay or a longer visit for people who prefer to eat out. The bathroom was very clean if only just a bit tight. The kitchen featured a full sided fridge perfect for holding lots of leftovers. Also appreciated the microwave and toster oven. We did not use the range. Master bedroom had two twins which could be configured as a king. We found the bed very comfortable. Both the main room and bedroom had a upright dresser and closer for personal belongings. This would be very helpful for a full week visit. The futon was surprisingly very comfortable despite looking a little lumpy. Much better than most pull out couches. We enjoyed the little front porch entry way and found the pin code door access very handy for our group. It's such a pain to remember a key when you are going to the beach with just a swimsuit and towel. The shaded parking spot was also a nice accommodation. Maryland Ave is pretty quite at night and we really enjoyed listening to the crickets as we slept. We enjoyed booking with Emma and found her incredibly helpful and considerate. I would certainly consider booking again and would definitely recommend to others!

Nice place near the beach, boardwalk and shopes

The place is nice and near the beach, boardwalk and Rehoboth Ave with all the shops. Good for two people.
