Spotless 4 bedroom and 1.5 bath house approximately 2/10 of a mile from Short Sands Beach and all the excitement that the town has to offer!

The first floor includes a living room, large dining room, den/office, newly renovated eat in kitchen and laundry facilities and half bath. There are 4 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. There is a pull out couch in the den for extra sleeping space.

Amenities include internet, air conditioners for bedrooms, WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, deck, awesome yard, ample parking (4 cars).

Beautiful home, close to Short Sands and shops, a quiet street yet walkable to the beach. A lovely home that was well priced for the area. Ample parking as well. I may have misread the listing because I did need to purchase a few things, for example the larger beds only had a mattress cover but no sheets (fitted or flat) so for hygiene reasons we purchased them. Also no kitchen sponge, but the local shop had all household essentials like toilet paper etc. Great home and value and would love to return!

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The house was very clean and spacious. Ann was super easy to reach and always answered my questions right away. We had an 18 month old with us and it was so nice to have an easy walk to the beach, easy walk into town, plus some room outside on a quiet street to let her run around. One small thing to note was that the beds in the two smaller rooms (whale and fish room) were quite firm- would also suggest bringing your own pillows. This wouldn't deter us from staying again at this spot though, as everything else was 10 out of 10! Looking forward to our next visit in gorgeous York!

PEACEFUL

Very relaxing trip. Loved the area. Neighborhood was quiet, and yet you are extremely close to Short Sands Beach and the center of town. We will definitely be returning. The home was spacious enough for our family.

Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic stay, despite the challenging weather. Our host, Ann, was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Check-in process was super easy. The house was wonderful! It was very clean and well stocked. We had six adults and it was very comfortable and spacious. It was bigger than it looked in the pictures. It is a quiet location on a dead-end street and a short walk to the beach/downtown. It has a big yard and deck which were nice for relaxing. The beach wagon and chairs that were provided made packing a lot easier. We will be planning another visit soon.

Location is excellent

The location was great for our family.! The house is missing an outside hose to rinse feet and chairs from the beach so inquire about that before your stay. One was supposed to be provided but we didn’t receive it on our stay. Kitchen supplies were adequate but could use a large pot for corn or lobster. Nice quiet street for kids! We enjoyed our stay.

July 4th week

Was easy to get in. It was very spacious. The bedrooms were great! The whale room could use a dresser, but our kids managed well. The kitchen was fantastic. We needed to look around more to discover the baking trays in the dining room. We looked for the games, and couldn’t find any, but we had brought our own. Enjoyed the wildlife in the yard. The 3 groundhogs under the shed were a hit with all. Fireworks were terrific, and it was a quick walk to town. Overall, a great spot and fun time!

Very satisfied!

We enjoyed our stay! Ann was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean and very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of parking. It was great to have towels provided too. Nice location on a quiet street and about a 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown. It was a great week!

Great Experience

Ann was a class act in every sense, very receptive to our requests. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood but is close enough to the beach and amenities that our toddlers could handle the walk multiple times a day. The house was perfect, well stocked with whatever we need. We will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation in this convenient location. The house was clean and comfortable and was large enough to accommodate our extended family of 8. The house is a short walk to Short Sands Beach as well as a playground, shops and restaurants. Ogunquit is a short drive away offering additional beaches, shops & restaurants.

Hidden Treasure

This beautiful home situated in a quiet neighborhood is perfection. Clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated, this home has all the ingredients for a perfect getaway. Great location!

We loved our stay and the location could t be beat. It was quiet but close enough to the hustle and bustle of short sands. Only a 10 min walk! The house has plenty of space and was very clean. Ann was a very responsive and kind host. Highly recommend.
