Dog friendly one bedroom house close to everything!

You’ll have the entire main floor of this charming older home, complete with a private driveway.

The home is within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants, the River Walk, beaches, the theater, and more. A short drive will take you to Little River Casino, area golf courses, Onekama, scenic M-22, Crystal Mountain, hiking trails, and other Northern Michigan attractions.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome—please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend.

You’ll notice several antique family furniture pieces throughout the home. These items are especially meaningful to me, and I hope you enjoy them as part of the home’s character and décor.

Please note: A rental agreement is required and will be provided at the time of booking.

If you’re interested in renting the upstairs level (two additional bedrooms and a bathroom) for a total house sleeping capacity of up to five guests, please let me know. An additional fee applies.

Registers looked like they could use a cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay and the bed was comfortable. The retro kitchen was fun and brought back some memories.

Hi Melissa. Thanks for the review. The paint on the registers is wearing off and making them look unclean. We have been looking for replacement ones and hope to have them installed soon.

Charming comfortable house. Quiet neighborhood. Great location! Close to beautiful 1st St beach & 5th Ave beach. Close walk to downtown (River St). A lot of history in this area. We took some nice long walks through the neighborhood with our dog.

Lovely home in a perfect location

Great place. Clean and super well equipped. Easy walk to downtown Manistee(even with the bridge out) and quick drive to the dog-friendly beach. Loved everything about the place and the area. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Clean, great location

Great house in quiet neighborhood but near town—restaurants, theater, brewery, etc. Manistee is an old town that looks like it should be in the U.P. Visit if you get a chance.

Great Valentine’s Getaway

Corinn’s place was clean and neat and in a good location for all we wanted to do in the Manistee area. It was a cold, snowy, blustery weekend so was nice to have a warm, cozy place to return to after our outings. We appreciated being able to bring our dog.

The decor was appreciated, rooms clean except for registers, pet friendly complete with dishes. We were able to cook meals. Shopping is within walking distance. It worked very well for us.

Perfect house for 2 and added bonus thats its pet friendly! Just a quick walk to downtown and a short drive to the boat launch.

Lincoln St. House

The house was clean, with nice furnishings (except the couch, which was very uncomfortable), well located and in a quiet area. We would rent it again.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. It smelled so clean and nice when we arrived. The kitchen was absolutely adorable. This home had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, couch, tv, dining room, etc. It was so nice to have coffee stocked for me so so didn’t have to run to the store. There isn’t air conditioning, so a fan would have been nice. The bedroom window was missing a screen so we couldn’t open the window at night. It’s a quiet street, not too far from town. So much to do and so many great places to eat. Magoon Natural Area was our favorite. Thank you again. I will definitely stay again.

Great spot

Loved this property. Stayed here with my mom for 2 nights. Close to downtown, easily walkable. Home was spacious and bed was super comfortable. While I did not bring my dogs, the yard provided enough space and was fenced in except for the driveway. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable place in Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed staying in Manistee, the house was exactly as described, we really only slept there and made breakfast there, so we didn't spend much time at the rental. Corinn was awesome to communicate with and we especially loved that we could bring our fur baby along :) The bed was very comfortable and we slept great!

Quiet, clean and comfy

Nice, clean, eclectic older home on Quiet street with the amenities, snacks, etc that we needed and a comfy bed. A plus was allowing our miniature schnauzer KC to stay with us. Close to downtown. Great for biking and walking.

thanks for the feedback Robert. You are the first to mention a lack of kitchen utensils. We pride ourselves on having everything our guests would need to prepare food in the kitchen. If there was something you couldn't find, I wish you would have brought it to my attention. If we truly didn't have it, I would try to find one for the rest of your stay and for future guests.

Perfect stay in Manistee!

My husband and I have stayed at Corinn’s apartment multiple times over the past few years. We keep returning because the apartment is clean and comfortable; plus, it is centrally located in Manistee, so we are able to walk to the historic downtown. Moreover, it is a short drive to the beaches; therefore, we never miss a sunset in town. Most importantly, Corinn is a perfect hostess who always makes sure that her guests have all they need for a lovely stay! We cannot thank her enough for sharing her place with us over the years!

Cozy and Clean

We would definitely stay here again. One thing I noticed, that I appreciated, is that all the soaps and scents were all either non scented or a very light scent. It’s what I buy and use in my own home. The home had everything we needed on hand. The snacks, coffees, and waters were highly appreciated.
