Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and was really close to great restaurants. The hosts provided excellent information about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Week in Scottsdale

My son and I met in Scottsdale for Christmas week. The apartment was perfect for the two of us! The kitchen was well appointed too. Highly recommend it

Scottsdale stay

We went Scottsdale to get a break from winter. Upon arrival we learned that the pool would be closed during our stay for maintenance. Super disappointing as we were planning on enjoying the sunshine and the pool. The condo was nice. The only complaint that I have besides no pool usage was hair on the floor in the bathroom.outside the master shower.

Fabulous property in perfect location

Spacious apartment in great area, walking distance to lots of shops restaurants etc. easy communication with owner, comfortable beds, great terrace - what is not to like.

Close to Old Town

This was the perfect spot to stay for a quick vacation. Close to everything! Pool was great, condo was great, communication was great. Would stay here again!

Great place for Thanksgiving week

We had an excellent stay at this Scottsdale 2 bdrm/2 bath condo for a week over Thanksgiving. Couple plus young adult daughter had ample space to work and relax. The condo itself is bright and tastefully decorated without extra stuff in the way. The south-facing outdoor covered balcony was especially enjoyable this time of year. Assigned covered parking spot very convenient to unit. Complex was quiet. Owners were very communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend this property if you are considering a stay in Scottsdale!

Clean comfortable condo

Perfectly done renovation for this 2 bed 2 bath condo. Appreciated the almost brand new accommodations. Good central location for our 4 days- well supplied kitchen.

Great Location

This was a great location for access to Old Town. 12 min walk, 4 min drive. For an adult trip, the accommodations were great. It would not work if we were traveling with our 3 young kids because there is not a washer dryer in the Unit. The pool was clean and a good size. The hosts had everything covered with amenities inside the apartment. A well maintained property! I would recommend!

Great 2 Master suites

Very clean with all of the amenities you need. Location was nice too, about a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Dedicated parking space. Loved the remodeled kitchen and the 2 Master Baths. Would definitely recommend.

Would not hesitate to return!

The location and unit are great! It was the perfect place for us to stay and so close to our event venues. Lots of amenities nearby. It was so nice to return to a quiet place to rest after long days out and about.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

It was hot in Scottsdale but the a/c worked great to keep us comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. The "gym" really isn't a gym but a tiny room with 3 options....1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and 1 bike but that's not what we were there for and I was the only one in there so no biggy.

So comfortable!

The outside of the building is dated but the condo itself is beautifully updated and decorated. The location is as promised--so close to everything! We were given our entry and property instructions right on time. The hosts are attentive and care about their guests. Minor glitches included the AC leaking when we first turned it on, but the issue was solved immediately (I mention this because I think it's important to know how the host resolves issues). We were disappointed that the 8am start time for the pool exists because we really wanted to (quietly) have an early morning swim. The key card/fob doesn't work until 8am sharp. Finally, I'm not sure how the hosts could have known this but the can opener was broken so we had quite the experience trying to make dinner one night (ha!). Okay, enough of the little nit picking and back to the positives! The king size beds are so comfortable and the rooms themselves are, well, roomy. The coffee/tea station in the middle of the hallway between the two bedrooms is a welcome item first thing in the morning. The primary bedroom bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower while the second bedroom uses the bathroom in the hallway. It was easy for us to sign on to all of our streaming apps on the 65" TV in the living room. The couch is comfy and the dining table was a great spot for organizing our items. The kitchen is well appointed; just look around and make sure you know where everything is before settling in. Thanks for the stay!

The condo has been beautifully remodeled and all furnishings and appliances are new.
There are 2 bathrooms, one in Master Bedroom with new tiled shower, the second one has a tub/shower and one both are fully enclosed with glass sliding doors.

New tubs, tile, toilets, vanities, lighting, fixtures etc. Same with kitchen. All furnishings are brand new.
Both bedrooms have new king beds and furnishings.

Scottsdale and the surrounding areas also have a great public transportation system. There is a bus stop close to the condominium complex and many local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
