This property was especially accessible for a walker or wheelchair directly from the driveway through the front door. Excellent communication with owners. Very private and quiet. Great parking.

We stayed here with our family (adult kids) for Boulderthon. It was an extremely enjoyable stay and we hope to visit many times in the future! The hosts are friendly, accommodating and very helpful. We love having a kitchen and laundry to feel more at home. Another wonderful stay!

This space is so calming and peaceful! It is very spacious and has lots of room, and is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. I was also able to wash some clothes and after a 6 day roadtrip I was very excited ab this option. Reed and Carol are so very kind and very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay here. It is one of the better rentals we’ve had over the years. Comfortable, well stocked (we love the spice rack as we cook most meals). The rental is part of a house with the rest of it occupied by the owners. They have been responsive to messages. Both times we stayed they dropped by to say hi and chat for a few minutes, which we like.

Reed and Carol are great hosts. Their apartment was cozy and comfortable with a lovely outdoor space to enjoy, just like the pictures. The location was perfect for us too.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The place is beautiful and spacious and is well stocked. We especially enjoyed the Mountain view from the living room window and front porch. The little garden is a quiet relaxing little oasis. Reed and Carol are attentive, kind, and super fun to chat with.

The apartment is very roomy and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more well stocked kitchen. Owners are very nice and welcoming. A couple of notes to consider: although it would be very easy for someone with mobility issues to access the apartment, the shower has an extremely high tub to step into and would be problematic. Also, the a/c is a portable unit that is vented to the outside from the living room so the back bedroom and bathroom can still be a little warm. However, I would definitely stay here again.

A truly lovely space! Easy to get in and comfortable to be there. It was an added bonus to have some place to sit outdoors. I will definitely stay here again in the future when visiting family. And thanks for being flexible with our check- in.

Great lower level apartment in an excellent residential neighborhood. Clean, spacious, and very well-equipped with even a Koi pond visible from the living room and a view of the mountains visible from the front patio. Carol and Reed, the owners, introduced themselves and Reed even took me on a 20 mile bicycle tour of Boulder. The apartment is a short 10 minute drive from many different stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. Highly recommend!
