We stayed 12 nights and wish we could stay longer! We were visiting family and competing in dog agility in the Denver area. The house has a welcoming decor with a great kitchen and living spaces and the bedrooms and baths are lovely. The neighborhood is very walkable and the best features are the deck and backyard. The house was under 30 minutes drive to both Golden and Boulder and to the Foothills Sports Arena. What a perfect location!!!

Other than a few essentials missing or in low supply such as trash bags. Hand soap. Kitchen soap and dishwasher tablets everything was great. Was a little worried when we came back from being gone and the yard had been sprayed with pesticide and the dogs needed to go outside. I messaged Heather and she got back to us quickly letting us know how long to wait before dogs could go on grass. House and yard are was beautiful. Would definitely go back

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood not far from Regis University. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice family dinner. Keurig and drip coffee makers were a plus. Check in and out were super easy. Perfect.

Great Place

We loved our stay at this VRBO! Everything was exactly as pictured and the house was very clean and well appointed. They had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. The neighborhood and location was great as well. My husband said this was one of his favorite rentals that we’ve stayed in.

Home away from home!

Our family get-together was perfect at this home! Heather was very responsive, and the extra amenities, like bottled water and a few snacks, were much appreciated. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. The outdoor space and fenced yard worked great for a family grill-out while the dogs played. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent dog stay with central location

We enjoyed our stay in Westminster. Small backyard and deck were great for the dog. House was clean, had amenities such as dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, coffee etc. Very responsive host. The lack of AC in the upper bedrooms was an issue on the hottest days.

Heather and Chad provided us with coffee and snacks upon our arrival. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t have time to go to store until next morning so to us this was well appreciated!!House was clean. Heather and Chad also accommodated us with a larger table and chairs which we needed for our family. Quiet neighborhood.

College move-in

Centrally located Arvada home was perfect for our long weekend in the Denver/Golden area. The house had everything we needed and was even better that we could bring a up with us. Nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and living spaces were good size and the back deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets.

Lovely home with great deck

Split level really gives separation if you have 2 couples since there are full baths and bedrooms on each level and the family room is in the middle. That is very nice!! The top floor gets a little warm at night, but there are fans, and that is off-set by how clean and beautiful the house is, how big the deck is, and how comfortable the amenities are anyway!! And the owners are BEYOND responsive!! So accommodating! We highly recommend!!
