This cottage is superb. Great host. Very clean and thoughtful presentation. If you have the opportunity to rent here, it’s the best you’ll find. Highly recommended.

Great for our Anniversary

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, it made for a great central location to get out and see a lot of the surrounding area. Martine was super helpful and even went out of his to make sure we were properly accommodated. We'd definitely recommend!

Cute getaway

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The hammock was extremely relaxing and the neighborhood was very cute and quiet. Martine was a pleasure to communicate with.

Great cozy place and very quiet.

Spent a week in St. Pete. Couldn't have been more comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of activities. Will recommend to friends.

Great experience

Adorable little house with a great fenced in private yard. I loved the neighborhood and how close it is to downtown and the beach. Martine and Pete were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend!!

A hidden Gem

This home was a great stay . Bed and pillows are great. The neighborhood is quiet. It's close to stores , beach ect. The kitchen was great. Plenty of kitchen ware and tools to cook and great meal or just making a tuna fish sandwich. The hammock in the back is great. Loved the house. Definitely recommend. Tania

Perfect for us

Our stay at Martine and Pete's cottage was even better than we expected. The property was exactly as advertised ... perfectly sized for us, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the private backyard where we ate most of our meals under the umbrella and spent a good amount of leisure time (most in the hammock). Early on we had a problem with the air conditioning .... Pete had a repairman on the premises within the day. Martine followed up repeatedly to insure that we were comfortable and even presented us with a bottle of wine and a gift card to Mazzaro's for our "inconvenience". Marine and Pete were top-notch hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this adorable property.

Quiet respite

My husband and I came for 10 days to escape the snow. This bungalow had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the day and starting our mornings at the backyard table. The added bonus is this house is located in a very quiet residential area just a 10 minute drive from downtown St. Petersburg. We took in the museums and several days at local beaches- which were within a 20 minute drive. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location!
