Lovely home that had so much to offer we didnt have to go out and buy much from Walmart. Beach towels. Chairs, cooler..kitchen was fully stocked with cooking needs. Pool was small but fun and not too deep. Frank was very accommodating. So many restaurants around us we didnt have to drive far and beach was down the street. Loved our stay and location!

Home was clean and well-lit. The pool and appliances were well maintained. No bugs, which is something to say in Florida! Beds were comfortable too. It was a nice house for a group of friends with 3 cars. There were amenities available for a beach trip, which we didn’t use. The nice, big screen tv was perfect for the World Cup. Only downside is the careworn couch and living room chairs.

Hi Ramiz, Evolve here. We use our Smart Rates system to determine the dynamic pricing of our properties, which takes into account many factors, and the property is very fairly priced for all it has to offer. As for the pool, we wanted to pass along the following response from the homeowners: "We provide detailed descriptions and photos so guests will know exactly what to expect, so we are sorry it did not meet your expectations! Thank you for your stay!"
