Everything about this reservation was excellent! The condo is fantastic and so well laid out and the view of the lake is incredible. Highly recommend!

Large, clean condo with 3BR and 3BA, screened porch overlooking the water, easy parking, 2 pools, tennis and pickleball, grills, cornhole, and a fire pit. Comfortable beds and a W/D in the unit. We loved fishing from the docks and relaxing in the pool. Sunrises and moonrises over the water were gorgeous. Good location, not too far from restaurants or the strip. Would book this place again!

Annual Trip to the LAKE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit many times. The condo is always clean and is in a GREAT location. John is a super host representing his property management company (very responsive). The condo was recently updated and was very nice (new wooden floors, fresh painting throughout & new curtains). We will definitely return on future visits to Regatta Bay!!

This condo was clean, with decent amenities, lovely view, and very nice pools. We appreciated the use of the grills. Twin bed mattress was somewhat uncomfortable as reported by the person who slept on them, and ice maker did not seem to be working, but other than that, a great place to stay. I would rebook this listing.

Clean and Convenient

While the property was very, very clean there were some pre-existing carpet stains in the living room that were unsightly.

Convention weekend

It was very good. Loved the screened in porch overlooking the lake. It was very quiet too. Not one complaint. Want it again next year. The only issue was the line of bumper to bumper traffic when leaving on Sunday but that is not the owner’s fault.

Regatta Bay Stay

The view was beautiful! The condo was well stocked and comfortable. The ice maker didn’t work and the tvs in 2 bedrooms weren’t connected to cable. The oven needed to be cleaned, ceiling fans too. Shower curtain had mold on it. The unit could use a deep clean.

Fantastic!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriends and I have been going to the Lake for 37 years and we have finally found our "forever place!" The condo has everything you need in the kitchen. All three bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and each has its own bathroom. The condo was also **** and span (no cobwebs either!) and the screened-in deck is inviting, clean, relaxing and has a great view. The pool was immaculate and the restrooms were the best I've seen. Regatta Bay is conveniently located and close to nice restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

Girls Trip

There were 5 of us adult females staying and we loved having the spacious three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We hung out at the pool most of the time but it’s a great location close to the strip if we did go out. Condo was clean and we had no issues.

Great location

Regatta Bay never disappoints. We stay in this complex every time we come. So close to bars and restaurants and it’s a great price.

Everything you need

We had a great 3 night stay with plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 2 adults. Good location. Property was clean but carpet could use replacing and the structural soundness of the balcony was a little disconcerting. But all in all a good value for a nice weekend get away. Property manager was very accessible too for questions.
