The stay at Luana Kai was wonderful. Great location to many of the popular beaches and attractions. Pool area was popular, clean, and had many lounge chairs. Friendly front end staff and responsive to requests. Condo was well appointed with everything you need for cooking. Pull out sofa bed is high quality and comfortable. Wonderful sunsets! Fun evening activity of toad hunting was a kid fav as well as the pickleball court and nearby dog park if you have animal lovers in your fam.

We loved our stay! The only issue we came across is that our daughter stepped on a fish hook that was embedded into the carpet in the upstairs near the bathroom. We wore shoes when inside for the rest of our stay.

Beautiful location and the host was very responsive to questions. The kids loved how close the beach was and had fun playing shuffleboard. We had a wonderful time!

The location and view was spectacular. Everything we needed as a family of 4 plus more! The pool and pickleball courts were awesome! We loved being able to walk the beach and see turtles and watch the sunset from the balcony. A/C was great and the whole space was comfortable! Thanks for a great stay- I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view

Great place, nice and quiet with expansive out door areas to enjoy the sunset views.

Great spring break

Just as described. Great location to get round the whole island. There is an additional cost for AC.

nice place to stay

My only complain was that it had no elevator. The unit was on the third floor and bring up luggage and grocery up the stairs became our daily workout.

Perfect!

The sunset every night off our balcony. The location was quiet and made it convenient to travel to all ends/sides of the island. The beach was lovely. The pickle ballers enthusiast. And, we could even walk to Safeway every morning. Will look forward to returning soon!

Property management was great. I had several communications with Linda because I was finding 3 units for myself and friends. Check in staff super friendly and helpful. We loved the location too. The only thing I would change is the carpeting on the stairs and loft. It dates the unit. But everything else including the mattress on the king bed were great. Thank you!

Friends get-away

We love the Kihei area. The condo over looks a park and the water. Walkable to stores, coffee shops and beach.Condo is nicely furnished with good amenities. Kitchen well equipped. Though we found the dishwasher (seemed relatively new) did not clean the dishes.Our only issue was the bedroom loft was warm at night. We did leave messages with the resort office requesting the A/C be turned on but no response to any of messages. In the end we did without. Overall, an enjoyable holiday.

We're here in the office Mon-Friday...in person. It was a pleasure having you here. We did check the dishwasher(thank you for leaving the note in room). It does work.
