The location is ideal! Coastal Cottage unit B provides everything you need to take advantage of this great location. Located on Saint Augustine Beach's B Street, this townhome is just 4 homes off the beach and is the perfect beach getaway.

This iconic Key West style duplex has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the total occupancy up to 6. Prepare your meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There is also a half bath on this floor. Our home is beautifully decorated, has a screened in patio on the first floor and a balcony off the master bedroom which is perfect for sunbathing! Stay connected when you need to be with flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi access!

Take in an Atlantic sunrise without ever leaving home. Enjoy the ocean breeze while you recline on the couch. This Saint Augustine vacation rental has an outside shower and is pet friendly!

Coastal Cottage is also ideal if you have other family or friends accompanying you as there is an identical unit next door that be rented separately!

Saint Augustine Florida is the nation’s oldest city, and aside from the AMAZING beach, we have amazing historical attractions and tours. Spend your mornings at the beach, head downtown in the afternoon, and take in Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum, the Castillo de San Marcos, The Alligator Farm, Fort Mose State Park, or stroll amongst Pirates on Saint George Street.

Saint Augustine is also in a nice central location for quick day trips to Jacksonville, Ocala, Daytona, Orlando, Lakeland, and Tampa / St. Petersburg. The place was very clean at check in. The big private fenced yard was great for my dog. You can’t beat the location and most importantly the beds are very comfortable!

We had the best time staying here in St. Augustine. It’s an easy, short walk to the beach, and close to great restaurants. We had a car so it was an easy drive into Old City. The place was perfect for our family of 4.

This was our third trip back to this property. Close to Beachcomber and highly recommend trying the new Outer Bank Boil Company. Always clean and host very responsive when needed.

Great location especially to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean cottage. Upstairs AC not strong. Too hot. Loud AC unit. Difficult stay with a service dog and fee charged. No comfortable sitting downstairs. No inviting outside seating. Back yard needs grass and vegetation trimmed. Weeds for front yard. I've never been ask to wash all the towels prior to leaving and then charged a cleaning fee. It was insulting.

We've shared your comments about the A/C, the outdoor seating, and the yard with our maintenance team so they can review them. For clarity, our check-out instructions ask guests to start only one load of bath towels, not wash all the towels. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Great townhouse, easy walk to the beach and well-equipped kitchen. Fenced yard is convenient for a dog. I would only suggest bringing your own bed pillows, and perhaps an extra for the pullout couch as extras were not anywhere to be found an the pillows provided on the beds were not very comfortable, but that is often the case with rental properties.

Great Time!!

This was our second stay at the location, and it was fantastic! Plenty of sleeping spaces, pet friendly, and we love the fenced yard! The short walk to the beach, and the proximity to restaurants is great! Will definitely stay again!

It was a great location!! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach as well as restaurants. We did not drive the whole long weekend, which was great!

Terrible weather but wonderful vacation

My husband and I decided to explore St Augustine and so glad we did. The property is in a perfect location. A nice quiet street but less than a block from numerous restaurants.

AWESOME STAY!!!

The property was exceptionally clean and just steps from the beautiful beach. The property manager was awesome to deal with and was very nice and courteous!! Couldn’t ask for a better location to all that St Augustine has to offer. Will definitely be booking this property again in the future years to come!!! Spring Break Family Trip

It was short-lived, but the destination made all the difference. Perfect distance for a walk to almost anything you need for a stay at the beach. Will definitely be back, for a more extended stay next time!
