Another great stay! This is our 2nd year staying here. Very clean and had everything we needed. Terri provided lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Great stay as always but I will say that master bed needs a new mattress and a full sized trashcan would be wonderful also. Other than that we had a great time!

Nice family gateway

This was a perfect little place for the family. The condo is in a quite area with a nice pool and short distance to the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

My wife and I just finnished a 4 week stay. We always stay at this resort when at St Augustine Beach. The abundance of live oak trees loaded with Spanish moss throughout the comunity makes it feel like the Florida of an older era. This was absolutely the best rental we experienced here, and we have stayed at several. All the rooms were exceptionally clean and everything worked as it should. Plumbing, appliances, electrical gave us no unpleasant surprises. Our host Terri was easy to contact and eager to make our time there as comfortably as possible. We look foward to staying there again soon.

Lovely place close to the beach

This quiet complex is just a short walk from the beach. The unit is well maintained, and everything is in working condition. It has nice laminate floors and other updates and has just enough room for 2 couples with a master bedroom and bath as well as a second bedroom and full bath, both upstairs. A lovely lanai is outside the dining area. Bed was very comfy, and there were plenty of towels. Pretty decor!towels.bath,bothuupstairs.

St Augustine beach and tennis resort holds a special place in my heart, and this host helped keep that going. One of the best units and a fantastic host. The house was clean!!! Fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach cart, comfy beds, everything you need! We did a last minute booking and were devastated we had to leave! Host was easy to get ahold of if needed. We will be back! Thank you so much for hosting us! 10/10

Great Place!

We stayed for a week and loved the location. We’ve been coming to this complex now for 7 years and have always stayed with family in a different unit but with 2 kids now it’s nice to stay in our own place. Pool is heated and very nice. Short walk to the beach and make sure you feed the tortoise on the boardwalk to the beach some fresh produce. The only things missing were a few kitchen items like a cookie sheet, oven mitts, measuring cups, etc. and maybe a few more beach towels and we bought a baby gate for the stairs if you have little ones but that’s it. Everything else was great and no real complaints from us. The host was great and very responsive. We will visit again!

Perfect Beach Getaway! Clean, Comfortable, and Pet-Friendly!

We had an amazing stay! The townhome is in a perfect location, tucked toward the back of the neighborhood, closest to the beach, just a short walk to the sand. It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. From plenty of beach towels and a beach wagon to dog bowls and other small touches, it made traveling with our pup and teen girls so easy. The home was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe.The area, and the beach itself, is very dog-friendly, and we loved how calm and uncrowded it was. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need. The space is even better than the photos, it has such a warm, welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel at home.Terri was fantastic to work with, quick to respond and full of helpful local recommendations. If you're using the beach wagon, we recommend taking the road access just past the main entrance to avoid the steps by the dunes. We’d absolutely recommend this place and hope to return soon!

We found everything we needed for cooking meals. The unit was very clean and the a/c worked great. Plenty of towels, sheets, soap and paper products. The owner was readily available for the few occasions that we needed. Also very helpful for information on the area. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The beach is not as busy as others which was nice because we had a dog for a few days. Fishing was good also and didn't interfere with people trying to swim in the ocean. The tv's had all of the channels for a range of age groups. Overall a place that we would stay in again.
