Luxury Home set on the 18th tee at Owls Nest Golf Resort - Breathtaking Views

This immaculate home is situated adjacent to the 1st green and the 18th tee at the only Jack Nicklaus designed course in Northern New England. With one of the best panoramic views on the course - it's a perfect vantage point to literally watch the world go by; the ever changing sky, the shooting stars and amazing sunsets. This home features a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining area, vaulted ceiling great room with with beautiful stone fireplace; 5 bedrooms that sleep up to 11 w/ extra beds for up to 13. The rec room with 55" TV is a perfect place to watch a movie or play video games. The bright and breezy sunroom overlooks the 1st green and is a great place to watch some unbelievable putts! There is also a fire pit for late night gatherings and star gazing. It's truly a vacation home to enjoy activities for all ages including hiking, skiing, year-round platform tennis, sledding, and snow shoeing. Nearby ski resorts are Waterville Valley, Loon & Cannon Mountain. Nearby attracations are Lost River, The Basin, The Flume, Clarks Trading Post, Whale's Tale, and of course some of the best golfing and hiking that New Hampshire's White Mountains has to offer!

Great view with all the amenities

Excellent location right on the 18th tee of the Owl’s Nest golf course. The house is clean, comfortable and a perfect size for our group (4 adults, 3 kids). It is centrally located and close to a bunch of attractions in the area. The only minor inconvenience was that the upstairs bedroom was hot in the night, despite the air-conditioning, but the the house had pedestal fans available.

Weekend Graduation Celebration

This house made our weekend celebration perfect. It had enough room for our family and was exactly as described. The golf was perfect. Rick was wonderful to deal with and very responsive when I had trouble getting the tv to turn on. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back. The views and location are amazing.

Great value great location

The view looking out over the golf course and mountains in the distance was amazing. As they say location is everything. This is my third time renting this property and I will be back again.

Nice ski trip.

Great and convenient location near Waterville and Loon. Beautiful views overlooking the golf course. Kids had fun sledding down the fairways.

White Mountain Ski Trip

The house is in an ideal location with breathtaking views of the White Mountains. It is an easy drive to several ski mountains in the area. Rick was extremely responsive throughout my stay. The weekend we stayed at the house, there was over a foot of snow. To our relief, the property management company was prompt at plowing the access road. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. Several of the dining room chairs were unstable, but fortunately there were plenty of other chairs we could use. Overall, this was one of the best rentals I've stayed at in the White Mountains. I look forward to visiting when the weather is warmer so I can take advantage of the hiking.

Great location- very accommodating

Wonderful Stay

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Property was as advertised and better. All the necessities and more. Beautiful home with beautiful views. Celebrated 75th birthday for Mom with three generations. There was something for everybody. Homeowner was very kind and responsive. Would definitely go back!

Lovely home, wonderful stay!

Our host was so responsive! He answered any questions we have within 20-30 minutes. The views were spectacular! Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals. My son-in-law especially enjoyed the complimentary IPA and we all enjoyed a chocolate (or two). Definitely recommend this lovely venue!

Perfect place to stay at Owl's Nest Resort

A group of golf-addicted friends stayed in this incredible house this past weekend. It's beautiful, and spacious. We had our meals there, enjoyed the fire pit, and loved watching the golfers tee off on the 18th hole. The view is amazing. I am always happy when I am at this resort. This property made the stay even better.

Simply amazing

This was a perfect weekend getaway for our family of 8 adults and 2 one year olds. Beautiful home and views. The house is everything you need - comfortable, spacious, updated, clean, totally stocked kitchen / cooking items, platform tennis rackets, fire pit and a huge dining room table for meals and games. Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to make some great memories in their home.

Amazing views of 18th Tee

House was great with amazing views and everything you need. We were there for family wedding and it was fun greeting family and friends as they golfed. Truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Golf Weekend

Our group of 12 rented two homes within the resort and this property was certainly the gem of the two. The proximity to the golf course was ideal and the beautiful views took our breathe away from arrival to departure. Can’t wait for next year!

Family getaway 4/21

Fantasic views of golf course and mountains. The location was great, close to Plymouth State University to visit our son, Franconia Notch for hiking and our favorite brewery in Littleton NH! We will be back and planning on playing golf next time.

Owls Nest Resort fun during all seasons

What a great stay we had. Everything was perfect. We went skiing, walking and just enjoyed the relaxing environment surrounding the property. The views from the property were amazing. Thank you for another great saty.
