Accommodation C109 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, standard Garden view condo with a king size bed. C109 has tile for the bathroom, hall and kitchen, with carpeting in bedroom and living area. It sports a modern range, refrigerator and cabinets. Condo C109 is decorated with jungle and floral themes. It opens from the lanai directly to the courtyard for quick enjoyment of our putting green, tennis courts, pool, and seaside. Review our other kihei lodgings at Luana Kai.
Luana Kai’s oceanfront condos are just North of the center of Kihei. The center of Kihei has the Foodland shopping center, "Triangle Square", with 6 different bars, tattoo artists, the towns only baseball park, inline skate park, kids super playground, and Kihei’s famous Humpback Whale sculpture by artist Elan Vital. This central area is also host to dozens of souvenir shops, breakfast eateries, restaurants, coffee shops, and more.
Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
