D103 has tile floors throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have black granite counters. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Both bathrooms have stand up showers. There is AC in both bedrooms and living room. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. Enjoy dining on the lanai while watching sunset or a rousing game of pickleball.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
