Communication with Ryan was great. The property is big enough for several families. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. View was very peaceful and quiet. Kids enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit. We had a great time and would rent Ryan’s property again.

We had a great time at King of the Mountain. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed seeing a bear come to visit while we were on the 2nd floor balcony. Plenty of things to enjoy after a day of adventure. Ping Pong, pool table and arcade games added to our enjoyment! We are from the flat land of Delaware, so the roads were quite an adventure for us! Thank you Ryan for lending your beautiful home!

It was a beautiful home that had more than enough room for 3 family groups to spread out when needed and have time together when we wanted it. It was perfect for us.

The house is located in a great spot. It’s 10 mins to Gatlinburg. The home was clean. The hot tubs were clean. I’d rent this property again.

Spacious cabin. Great views. Host was great at communicating during the stay. Seen several bears near cabin. Hope to stay in this cabin again next year.

The cabin was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. All of the children and adults enjoyed the game room and hot tubs. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was clean and warm upon arrival. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! Ryan was a wonderful host. He was very accommodating and answered any questions quickly. It was definitely a family trip to remember with a ton of memories!

Lovely Cabin

Huge beautiful cabin literally right around the corner from Ober Mountain parking. Just a few minutes from town. Kids enjoyed all the games downstairs and the hot tub. Would stay here again!

The check in process was super easy. House was absolutely beautiful, could use better lighting outside but everything else was good!

There were some issues with doors and windows locks. The cleanliness was not wonderful, but was okay. The refrigerator and cooktop had a couple issues as well. I'm sure Ryan has taken care of those by now. The home was spacious and comfortably housed our extended family.

I would not recommend renting to these guests if you are an owner. They complained about everything but didn’t want my handyman or cleaners to come back. I had just paid $1000 for a deep clean prior to their arrival so the cabin was super clean. They even staged water on the ground, said it was an emergency and told me the dishwasher was leaking. I ordered a new one to be installed and then they wouldn’t let it be installed. My plumber came out after they checked out and said there were no leaks. Still to this day, no leaks. I have a new dishwasher sitting in my owners closet because of them. They were trying to get me to give them a refund from the beginning of checkin.When they checked out my handyman and cleaners came and there was no problem with the refrigerator and cooktop. Horrible experience.

Great Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is clean and there is plenty of room for everyone. The owner was so quick to respond to a city girls impromptu questions. The kids loved playing pool and ping pong. We enjoyed seeing the area bear each morning from the safety of the balcony! Cannot wait to come back!

Great vacation at the perfect cabin!

The cabin was exactly as it was listed and even more roomy than the pictures could depict. This cabin comfortably housed our group of 12 and made for great evenings together on the main floor. Its close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great and made getting out and back extremely easy. Ryan was a great host and stayed in contact with me throughout the trip and responded quickly to the questions we had. Definitely recommend this location if you want a hassle free vacation.

Thanksgiving Stay

The home was lovely with great views. Did see a bear. Located close to Gatlinburg. My only downside was stairs inside which I fail down. I brought extra towels

Best Place To Stay

We rented this property to celebrate my wife's birthday with our kids and grandkids. The house is simply amazing and gave us all some space and privacy. Home comes equipped with video games, pool table, ping pong table, and two hot tubs. No one wanted to leave, and all agreed that we need to come back again! Owner of the property communicated with us well! Definitely a five-star accommodation!

Cabin by Ober park great family cabin

The property was very spacious and walking distance to Ober park which avoids all the traffic to the park. The rooms are spacious and beds quite comfortable. We did encounter a visit from a bear lucky for us we were all upstairs in the balcony it was quite impressive and was the highlight for the kids. Recomend the property for a large family. Quite accommodating and the pool table and games a hit! Thanks Ryan

Family Mountain Getaway!!!

First let me say, Ryan was excellent to work with and very quick to respond to any concerns we had (even while he was out of the country) (he was genuinely concerned to ensure our visit was what we’d expected it to be). The house was beautiful and is in walking distance of Ober Mountain. Plenty of space for everyone and the jacuzzis were clean and spacious! We did get to see the local bear visiting the construction site adjacent to the property. We loved our visit and will definitely keep the King if the mountain in mind for our next Gatlinburg visit!

Annual business planning session

Overall was a good place to stay. The property needs more bath towels and washcloths available. Showers are small. One of the kitchen chairs had been broken prior to our stay and poorly repaired so that when one of our family sat on it, the leg broke out from under them, throwing them to the floor. This broken chair and poor repair may not have been known by the property owner.

Sorry about the chair. I wasn’t aware of it. My cleaners did get rid of it now. Also, I wish you would have told me about the towels during your stay . I have an entire closet full of extra towels and wash cloths.
