This is 2-story home located in Sandusky's Cove District, with all the comforts of home. Outside patio area with gas grill and relax on a cool summer night with a gas fire pit. Relax on the beautiful front porch. Located 3 Blocks from the Bay and Boat Houses with a fantastic view of Cedar Point. Off street parking with four car driveways. Only 1/2 mile from Sandusky's vibrant Downtown City Center, 3.5 miles from Cedar Point Amusement Park; and 3 miles from Cedar Point Sports Force Center.

Great Family Home

This home was perfect for my family. Plenty of bedrooms so we each had our own space, large dining room table & a great outdoor area. The home was clean with plenty of linens and towels. I would definitely recommend booking this house for a family.

Mini vacation to enjoy Cedar Point with grandkids& son

Wonderful Host provided everything we needed,plus. The home’s decor was perfect in every room.Loved the nautical theme. Reasonable & convenient for the stay. Near an Aldi for grocery shopping. Completed a full day of ride twice a day to exhaustion to enjoy comfortable beds.

Perfect for our trip

Bernice is a great host and very responsive. The house is perfectly located to cedar point and comes exactly as advertised. We'd definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything - Cedar Point, Catawba Island, the ferry to Put-in-Bay… Would definitely book again.

Perfect for a trip to Cedar Pointe!

We booked this home planning a trip to Cedar Pointe and it did not disappoint! It was 5 minutes from the park and easy to find. Perfect after long days!

Lovey Home

The home was lovely. It allowed me to be close to my daughter and 2 blocks from my sister. They both live in Sandusky. There was enough space for everyone without being on top of each other. We each could have privacy and then spend time together. The home had everything we needed. The neighborhood was still quiet, i lived in the neighborhood for 6 years. I would stay there again.

Great home for families

Well maintained property with attention to comfort, cleanliness, and communication with owner. Great family space in and outside of the home. Especially loved gathering on the front porch for coffee in the mornings and relaxation in the evening. Easy access to any area downtown. Short walk to end of street for view of the bay and Cedar Point. Would definitely stay here again!

Cedar Point

Bernice was a very gracious host and responsive to our needs. We were in close proximity to Cedar Point which was why we were coming to Ohio. The second floor of the property was not as cool as the first floor even after adjusting the thermostat. To be fair to Bernice, we didn’t tell her that during our stay as we were gone for the whole day. Other than that, we loved her place.

Beautiful home close to Cedar Point

Home was beautifully maintained and cleaned, owner was super helpful with any questions we had and the house was a super short drive to Cedar Point amusement park and grocery shopping for our trip. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely return when we come back to Sandusky again

Cozy House by Cedar Point

I came with 5 teenager and 3 moms for a couple nights to explore Sandusky and Cedar Point. The house was clean and cozy. The owner was very responsive and flexible to our needs! The fire pit was a fun and the front porch a great place to gather!! Dining room table was huge and we all were able to sit together for meals. Beds were comfy and 4 twins gave lots of options! Great stay and the area was charming and beachy!!

Beautiful and clean home, great location!

This home exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well put together. Plenty of parking space. If we ever comeback to this area again I for sure would be looking for availability at this home first. Contact with Bernice was prompt and was very accommodating to my requests. ! of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Over all good, but did have a little trouble

The house was very clean. The first morning we found that the front door was not really locking when we put the code in. Contacted the owner and she sent someone our right away. They ended up giving us a back door key to use instead. So watch that the door really is locked. Not any real cable in the house to watch tv, just local channels. The 2 tvs down stairs were smart tvs so we could use Netflix or Disney + for our granddaughter to have tv. The upstairs did not have that. The bedroom downstairs did not have batteries in 1 remote so we had to buy some for it. Could only get the beverage and the add 30 sec buttons to work on the Microwave. Washer and dryer cost $1.50 and $1.00 to use. There are pots and pans to use as well as glasses and wine glasses. Silverware and such. It has an air fryer as well as a few other things. Shower head is not the best at all. Really hard to get it to spray like a shower should. It really should be replaced. We did not use the bikes in the shed but we did look in there the last day and the little kids bike has flat tires. Did not look at the adult bikes. Over all it was not a bad stay, just a few things that need fixed in the house or updated. The owner is quick to respond to anything you really do need and seems very nice.
