Come spend the holidays or a weekend in a nice quit, 3 bedroom, two full bathroom property situated seconds from the Sandusky bay. This gorgeous house is fully furnished and can house up to 10 comfortably. This property boasts an 8 person hot tub and an XBOX with a collection of games. There is a fire ring outside for enjoyment, one gas fireplace in the beautiful sunroom and a wood burning fireplace inside the living room. Wood is supplied on site for your convenience free of charge. This property is within a 15 mins radius to Cedar Point, cedar point sport force park, Port Clinton ferry’s for Kelly’s island, Put n Bay, and Middle Bass. There is a local tavern a block away as a convenience and the local market is about 5 miles away. Please, if you have any questions, feel free to send a message.

Thanksgiving stay

Lovely Quiet Retreat

The property was wonderful. We wanted a quiet retreat after spending the day at Cedar Point, and this property was perfect! Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and eating at the bar & grill on the marina.

Great stay relaxing

We had a great weekend only a block from the lake and a nice little tavern with good food, easy drive to most places Deemed like a safe and quite neighborhood Host was excellent and got back quickly with any question we had Would stay again if in the area Thank you

XC race overnight

Property met expectations. Hot tub was great addition after HS XC race and visit to cedar point. Check-in/out process was streamline and easy to follow. Comms from owner were excellent.

Getaway for relaxing

Place was very nice, clean and well kept. The owner went over beyond and above to fix an issue with the hot tub. Wouls come back again.

Family Weekend

Our group included grandparents (60,47), parents (28,26), children (2, 7mo), plus 2 fur friends. The property was great for us! We didn’t anticipate what the second living room which worked out amazingly for our little group because we were able to keep the kids and the pets completely separate to give the baby floor time without worrying about the pups stepping on her. The house was very nicely appointed, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you could ask for! We had great communication with the property owner! The property itself was situated away from the more populated areas of the lake which was appealing to us but was still a convenient drive to all of the things we wanted to do.

This was a nice place to stay. There were two spacious hang out spaces in the home, which were nice. Property completely matched the listing except for the hot tub. It’s listed as an 8-person hot tub but we barely fit two petite women and three standard sized 6’ tall men. It would probably fit 8 small children, but not adults. We would definitely stay here again.

This property had many upgrades and amenities! It was clean and had everything we needed and more! It was perfect for our family of 8! Preston was SO helpful and easy to communicate with! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back if we need a place to say in the area! Highly recommended!

Awesome stay with family

We was with our family.had a awesome time.went to lighthouse,put in the bay,state beach.which i highly recommended.the only i would change about this house is a bigger kitchen table but they really cant.no room.had everything we needed

Decent location, but the property needs work.

Stay was okay, but the property was misleading by the pictures. Many areas inside have been damaged or deteriorated since installed and need repaired or fixed. Still have no idea how the previous renters rated this property so high.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved this house off the lake and look forward to visiting again in the future. The host was wonderful with his communication with us. We had the best time with the kids this past couple days.

Very clean and comfortable

We haven't used VRBO often, this trip will probably spoil us a bit. The home was very clean and well stocked, we were very comfortable. The communication with the owner was easy, prompt and very clear. Appreciate the chance to stay at a great place!

Wonderful

Loved the rental! Beautiful location about 25 minutes from Cedar Point and about the same distance to the Ferry for Kelley's island. You can walk to a restaurant on the water. The house was beautiful, super clean, has everything you need! Will be going back!

Perfect Lake Erie Spot

Property was better than described. I loved the location, right by the lake in a peaceful area and close enough to Port Clinton, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba. We were mostly there for fishing and had a great time with a lot of fish caught. There are a couple wildlife areas we went to: Willow Point was good fishing and we had fun with the kayaks at Resthaven. As we were getting ready to leave my son locked his keys in his car. The owner of the property showed up to clean for the next guests and was extremely helpful even calling someone to get the keys out for us. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the house and the week spent in it. We will definitely be returning to the property.

Great property

Loved the location and the house. Wished there was a gazebo or something on the patio. Would be nice if had a privacy fence or something for the hot tub. Was kind of weird having the patio and hot tub right next to neighbors windows. Was hard to talk due to their ac unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.

This property is located outside of the big city, which means no hearing/waking up to trains, planes, vehicles, loud music, etc. The neighborhood and property is secure and safe. This property may not be total waterfront, but the views within literally two minutes to the bay is spectacular, along with the little diner that is open all year round with a liquor license. This little “big” cottage will have you turning every corner with surprise and awe.
