We really enjoyed our stay. We also got engaged during our stay and it was a wonderful time and place to stay for the week. We will be back. We especially enjoyed the big balcony ocean front.

We used 3rd party booking and our flight got in early . Check in is not until 4p. They did allow us to check in early at 2:30 for a 50 fee. We had to wait around for 5 hrs. That is the only issue. Other than that, the unit was as described and there were no concerns. The Beach view was fantastic from the balcony. The staff was all very friendly.

We were not very keen that the property did not provide paper goods, like toilet paper or paper towels. In addition, it seemed we had to put out our own trash upon departure, never had to up this at another property. Once we got to the pool, we noticed alot of people did not have a wrist band, and noone was there to check. Overall the view of the ocean was awesome.

Location was perfection. Property overall was great. I usually prepare at least 2 meals a day myself when we travel, but this was a short trip so I only planned sandwiches and a small breakfast. I was glad thats all I planned because the kitchen was too small for much more. Very little kitchen storage. My one recommendation would be to give guests a property map so we know where all of the amenities are. It was only because of another guest that we finally found the indoor pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 7 nights 07/2026, while being directly on the ocean was a wonderful thing and we throughly enjoyed it, there are quite a few things we were not sure about and questioned our stay. As far as the building goes it is definitely on the older side and in need of updating (first impressions are everything). As far as what is provided for your comfort, you will get barebones items to work with. Cleanliness, was very questionable. When arriving the smell was so strong, as if to cover up another smell. There was an old hairball under the bathroom door. I spilled a bit of coffee and cleaned it with a damp paper towel, the whole floor was filthy, I have pictures of these claims. Would I recommend? Yes if you can overlook some things.

The “welcome” rules letter the day after it was too late to cancel left me regretting my choice. Some of the wording left us nervous the entire time. But the topper was the lady next to us on the sun deck watching us constantly and even pointing her phone at us as if she were videotaping us. I am a private respectful person. But I took vacation to relax. That is why we left 3 days early.

The large balcony was the best feature of the rental. We enjoyed sitting out looking at the ocean. In the afternoons we had snacks and refreshments outside. The sunrises were spectacular. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable. The photos we saw online made the room appear a little larger. We did have a enjoyable stay.
