This magnificent Majestic Sun condo has a vibrant and happy design. The Gulf-front view is simply amazing from the private eighth floor balcony. You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. The living area includes a nice flat screen TV in an armoire, a sofa, a loveseat, a dining table for six, bar stools, and nicely tiled floors. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer and a CD stereo system to use during your stay. Book your next getaway to the Emerald Coast at Majestic Sun.

Amazing vacation

Views and location are second to none. Third time staying at the Majestic Sun, and has always been amazing. Booking agency made everything very easy.

Wonderful view, beautiful pools!

We love the Majestic sun. Great location, great view. Annoying that the whole beach is covered by rental chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen is poorly stocked if you enjoy cooking. One hot tub was cold. The positives far outweigh these negatives though. 100% would stay here again.

Great view, motel style building

Loved the view and location. Absolutely perfect. Kitchen was styled but poorly stocked. Trash can has hazardous due to a wire sticking out. Everyone's backs hurt after sleeping due to the poor mattresses. The exterior spaces of the building as well as doors need to be cleaned and updated. Honestly, the view and accessibility makes all of this of low importance to me.

Disappointed

I’m sorry to say that I was very disappointed with our unit. The pictures online looks like a wonderful place to stay but soon upon arrival, we discovered it to be otherwise. There was black hair stuck to both bathrooms shower walls. The master bedroom sheets had sand all in them as if they hadn’t been changed. My twin bed had the cover sheet folded in half width wise and didn’t come up to cover my body. Had to remake my bed. The washing machine needed definite repairs. When it was put on high water level, the water only went to low level. It was very loud and seemed to be on its last leg. In the bedroom that had the twin beds. there was a monkey statue lamp that was literally holding a lightbulb no shade , the master bedroom lamp on the dresser was like a basket with a lightbulb inside of it neither one adequate for the bedrooms. The unit appears to be just a very old unit that needs a lot of polishing and updating. Wasn’t the cleanest either. We loved our time in Miramar, Beach, and the location being across the street from the beach was wonderful , but we were very disappointed at the unit in which we were assigned.

Functional / clean

- Stopped up master bath sink upon arrival - Tub drain pop up would not stay up to drain - Drapes that you had to be extra careful when closing or they would come off the track - need replacing - Remote to tv missing back - No blankets - Mattress needs replacing?? - No lid or grease catcher to griddle - nice broom or vacuum?

Business gone great!

My business partner live in Chicago and needed a "business week" to plan out the next 12 months at our company away from all the noise so we could concentrate. So, we picked FL so we could at least have sunshine instead of Chicago snow for this project. We got so much done. The condo was great, great workspace, great location, great amenities, and great access to the beach for our mind clearing breaks.

We had a great time, the home was great except the mattress is kind of uncomfortable in the master room, other than that we had a great time. We definitely loved going to the balcony & looking at the beach!

This condo was run down, outdated, had mold on the shower curtains, dirty baseboards. The couch was worn out. The ceiling fans were filled with thick dust. The beach view was great, but that's about it. The condo price is way too high for this condo.

Nice pool. Quick walk to the beach. Great ocean view!

We enjoyed the location of the condo. It is a short walk to the beach, and is within walking distance to several great restaurants! The pools were really nice. We liked how one Pool was covered while the other was outside. The only negative aspect was the floor in the condo was extremely sandy, and there was also sand in the beds... I understand that it is difficult to remove it all, but it was excessive. There was a vacuum, so I spent an hour vacuuming!

Great location, affordable!

We loved the view from our patio the best! Close proximity to all we had interest in doing. Very clean upon arrival. Affordable budget friendly stay without sacrificing quality. Any issues were addressed promptly.
