This was the best family trip we have ever had. The unit was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, plenty of room, and an amazing view. We are already looking at our calendar for September to return to this same unit. Best place ever!

Just the relaxing place we needed!

Luxurious condo for our family to unwind for a few days! It had every amenity we needed and more! The balconies were perfect for relaxing!

Perfect spontaneous trip

Loved the porch and overall layout . Beach and pool were fun and easy access . We hope to be back ! We only stayed 5 days - wish we could have stayed longer ! Thank you !

Windsor Court

Great Decks with Ocean Views. Very roomy condo, updated, comfortable furniture. Complex very nice with pool, hot tub and firepit. Enjoyed kayaking the lagoon, biking on the beach etc. there were lots of canonball jellyfish in water and on the beach which are harmless but un-nerving until we found that out.

Fantastic Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 5th floor unit has some of the best views we have experienced. No pool and wildlife on the grounds and dunes below. Steps to the beach and pool simply an excellent PD location. The unit was clean and well-appointed but could use a refresh to keep it in the top tier of rentals.

Views from every room!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 3507 Windsor! The views from the top floor were amazing. Only issue we had was that the dishwasher broke our first night. The property manager was quick to respond and get someone out to check the issue however, the entire dishwasher needed replaced and it still was not replaced during our 2 week stay.

Loved this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole process from check in to check out was seamless. Island Time exceeded our expectations from a rental agency. I was surprised to receive a phone call the day after check in to see how everything was. We were having trouble operating the televisions and they sent someone over to help us. The condo was beautiful and well stocked.

Beautiful view, but beds need an upgrade

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything as described. Amazing view from this corner top floor unit. Master bedroom bed is incredibly squeaky - my wife and I kept each other awake all week whenever one of us rolled over. Twin beds are also both squeaky, and my kids kept each awake because of it. For such a nice expensive place; the beds should really be replaced. Would gladly stay again if they can replace and fix the beds!

Stunning views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow. I have been coming to Palmetto Dunes since the 1990s and this unit was one of the nicest by far. The views from every room are simply stunning. You can see down the beach for miles. And the long balcony that ran the length of the unit was protected from the wind and just perfect for sitting enjoying sunrises, sunsets or any other time of day. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. And of course the beach access was unbeatable. Additionally, the management company, Island Time, was very easy to work with. I will definitely rent this place again.

Good View With Other Less Desirable Features

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are numerous things that are unsatisfactory about this rental. I had to call management three or four times because the front door would unlock but would stick where you couldn’t get in. They did eventually come in and work on it. The fix kept it from sticking but was not how I would have wanted my door fixed. Upon finally getting into the condo, it was apparent it had not been cleaned. There were long black/brown hairs in all the bathroom sinks, tubs, etc. The kitchen was dirty. The floor was beyond dirty. We spent the first hour wiping down things before we unpacked. They sent the sweetest lady and her husband to clean the condo and they said they could not believe the way it had been left because it should have been inspected by the management company before allowing new renters. There were several lights and switches that did not work and had to have them worked on during our stay. The master bath toilet seat was broken and had to be replaced. The kitchen was not stocked very well with only the basic minimum. Everything had to be washed. The temperature in the condo never got lower than 75 during our stay. Ceiling fans saved us. There was no air in master bath. We rented bikes with Vay K and they were delivered about as nasty as I have ever witnessed. They had sludge all over them to the point the numbers on the combination locks were covered. They did return our money and we rented bikes elsewhere. There was a lot to deal with on this vacation. My family has been coming to HHI for almost 40 years. We always stay ocean front in Palmetto Dunes. In all of those years, I have never written a review until now. I want you to know what you are getting with this rental because it is not the typical unit you get with this kind of view. Island Time responded and fixed things as we reported. I will not use them again because a check has to be mailed or they charge a fee for using a card. They informed me everyone was doing this....no
