Located less than half a mile from Coligny, it is a short 7-minute walk to local restaurants and shops! Enjoy ocean views, beach access, a NEW community pool and more when you stay at this island villa!

Even when you aren't outside, 17 Hilton Head Beach Villas will remind you of the coastal breeze from inside this villa. With vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light, you and your guests are sure to feel relaxed! The main entryway features a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower and laundry room with washer/dryer.

Just a few steps down the stairs, the ground level features the first bedroom with a king-sized bed and one of two living areas. This living area offers a new Queen-sized sleeper sofa, an entertainment center with games and a mini fridge perfect for keeping drinks cool while enjoying the view from the patio.
