Reviewer Comments: The Penthouse at Pelican Walk was everything I hoped for and more — the perfect way to spoil the woman of my dreams for our 10th wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the stunning views, elegant design, and pure luxury took her breath away. My wife kept saying she felt just like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman — and honestly, I’ve never seen her smile so much. Every detail was flawless, from the romantic atmosphere to the incredible comfort. Thank you for helping make our anniversary a memory we’ll never forget. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Fun family trip

We only had time to take a short little trip to PCB for a long weekend, we found this condo and thought it would be perfect. The room was clean and the staff was great. The condo only has 2 elevators and 1 was not working. So with the room on the 10th floor, we had to wait for the elevator every time we had a lot of stuff to bring up or down- which sometimes took over 20 minutes. That was definitely a downside. The room itself was good. The beds could definitely use an update, the kitchen needed a little more to be able to actual cook a full meal in there, and the ice situation was not good. Having a refridgerator that makes ice is very important to me when at the beach to keep our cups full and make snow cones for the kids. Having to keep using ice trays was bothersome. Overall, for the price and it being the “penthouse” of the condo, we thought it needed some updating, but we had a great trip and love PCB every time we come.

Smelled Awful Like Cigarettes, not enough dishes and silverware

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend this until unless you are a smoker . One person of our party had to leave early due to the smell of smoke being so strong. When I complained they tried to tell me I rented a smoking unit , but it clearly states “ no smoking “ on the front door . Also, inside the unit it stated smoking permitted on the balcony only . It was enough to ruin our vacation and we will never stay at this property again . There also wasn’t enough dishes for 8 people to eat or drink coffee nor was the cookware usable . The lights weren’t all working in the kitchen. The bedroom doors don’t lock, so no privacy . The dining room kitchen chairs were severely torn. The bottom rack of dishwasher was broke. . I reported all of the is to management and no one ever contacted me . I will say a ozone machine was brought to us to help with the smell but didn’t help much . Very disappointed.

Also, the smoke seeping up from the unit below was very troublesome. Our closets, bath areas and living space were all permeated by the odor. This caused some breathing issues with older family members. Management is aware of this issue, but a warning for the reservation would have been helpful.

Great location away from the craziness. Tons of room for my wife and 3 kids. Front office staff very helpful and the amenities were great! Will definitely book again!

Sister getaway

The penthouse was very spacious but needed updating. The living room couch wouldn't stay together and the chairs were uncomfortable. There was the smell of cigarette smoke when you first entered the condo and in one bathroom which remained throughout our stay. The washing machine didn't work properly. Had to ask the property manager about it, who sent up the maintenance man to check it. He told us that you have to SLAM the lid to get it to lock and work properly. I've rented various properties through the years. There's always been a way to access subscription tv services. That wasn't true of this tv. It wasn't a smart tv so we were limited to cable tv which didn't even have an on-screen guide. The description said there was a DVD player but it wasn't hooked up to the tv so unusable as we didn't know how to hook it up to the tv that was mounted on the wall and neither did the maintenance man. But the location of the condo was great and we did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. The view from the condo is amazing! The condo is well stocked and was clean. Renting chairs through the company provided made our time on the beach relaxing and enjoyable.

Family pcb trip

This condo is beautiful! There is so much room. I had other family members staying in condos in the same building and everyone could come to our place for dinner or just to hang out and it still did not feel crowded. The beach was so nice also. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!
