Relax and enjoy the perfect vacation retreat at Celadon Beach located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Resort amenities include a gulf-side pool and spa, indoor/outdoor heated pool with spa, 283 feet of gorgeous beach directly on the gulf, fitness room, tennis court, pickleball court, shuffleboard courts, outdoor barbecue area, theater-meeting room, and covered parking with walkover.

You will love the spectacular views from this 18th floor unit! This condominium is professionally decorated with a beautiful 'seaside cottage' theme and comfortably sleeps up to six (6) people. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in master, two full-size beds in second bedroom and bunk beds in bunk room.

Enjoy our LG 50 inch Smart TV wall mounted in Living Room. Also, 32 inch flat screen TVs with ROKU streaming in both the Master and Guest Bedroom. ROKU TV in Bunk Room for streaming and gaming. All TVs also include DIRECT TV. This unit also has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room that seats six, breakfast bar with three bar stools and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The unit features upgraded ceramic tile in the foyer, hall, kitchen, dining room and living room and upgraded carpet in the bedrooms.

FREE Beach chairs and umbrella from the Beach Service ($160 value) also included with rentals March through October!!!

Our unit utilizes the numeric keyless entry system, so no magnetic keys to worry about losing or de-activating!

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

-Sorry, absolutely no smoking of any type (includes no smoking/vaping on outside balcony) and no pets.

-We do not rent to guests age 25 and under. Absolutely NO student rentals. Age verification is required and is strictly enforced.

-MAXIMUM of SIX (6) guests. (Children of all ages MUST BE included in this total).

-Number of guests and age must be provided prior to check in. Falsification of age and/or number of guests will result in termination of rental agreement, eviction and loss of rental fee and deposit.

-Condo is protected by RING Doorbell system. This is utilized for security purposes to monitor the front exterior of the condo only. RING doorbell records video of entry and exit. Tampering with the RING Doorbell system will result in additional charges to damage deposit. In addition, Celadon Beach Resort utilizes surveillance cameras on the property exterior only for guest protection.

-Bunk beds are intended for children and have 150lb weight limit.

-Damage fee of $300 is subject to assessment if House Rules and/or terms of Rental Agreement are violated.

-Daily rates available (4 night minimum stay) at slightly higher amounts.

-Weekly rentals only (Sat.-Sat.)during Spring Break, June, July, August and Fall Break.

-Monthly rates available for February.

-Parking passes must be purchased for $45.00. This can be done prior to arrival.

AMAZING!

We so enjoyed our stay, everything was as listed, actually better! Beds were are super comfortable and entire condo was exceptionally clean!!! it was perfect for us! My elderly mom was so impressed that the beach is literally just steps away! Love this side of Panama City, we totally avoided the crowds but literally could be in the middle of all the fun in just a few minutes!

Sun, Fun, & Relaxation

The condo has everything you need to have a great stay. The king size bed will make you sleep like a baby. The unit was very nice and clean too. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere else we had stayed before. It has a great view of the ocean and beach. It's in a less crowded location, but still convenient to everything. My wife said it was the best vacation ever. Thanks for all your help. Duane

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I, and our 3 girls ages 23, 17, and 13, all stayed last week. The weather could’ve been better, but the view from the condo couldn’t be beat. We had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. Beds were comfy. The owner got back with me quickly for the couple small things I had questions about. Elevators were no problem. The ocean was just steps from the building, and it wasn’t as busy as farther up the beach. Great vacation for my family!!

Family vacation

We arrived and the check in process went very smooth. Being on the 18th floor I had worried that the elevators may present long waits however the entire week we were there we never had to wait on an elevator. With all the recent unfortunate events we had double red flags most of our time but we still enjoyed dipping our toes in the water. Having two pools was a nice change up for the kids! The condo was large enough to comfortably give our kids their own spaces and they enjoyed that. Kitchen was equipped with all my needs to prep and cook dinner and lunches each day! We enjoyed the spacious balcony with a great view of the gulf. Communication with the host was excellent and very prompt! We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation this year.

Everything as advertised

We had a great time here. Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful and comfortable. Amazing views from the balcony. A huge plus was the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Really helps save money because renting those are expensive. Only negative thing to us was the distance from everything. But, that can be a huge benefit for others. We would definitely recommend this place to others and definitely stay again if available during our times of vacation.

Celadon Resort

Room was beautiful, view was awesome. Waiting 2 hours for a cart and the elevators was an absolute nightmare. Elevators were broken 3 to 4 days of our trip making our time waiting incredibly long. Not ideal.

Amazing views!

Just got back from a weeks vacation and wish we could have stayed longer! Condo was cute, clean and more than enough room for our family of four! It had all the amenities that you need on a vacation. The balcony view was outstanding! The owners responded right away the two times we had questions (within minutes!)-We've stayed at other VRBO's through the years and waited days for a reply...it was very refreshing! The condo is located in a quiet area away from the "downtown" which we loved...more families down on that part of the beach. But close enough to drive down and visit the restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to Thomas' Donuts (a suggestion from the owners-fabulous!). And the lounge chairs/umbrella that are provided with your stay were awesome (get down to the beach early if you want front row!). There was never a long wait for the elevators (something I was worried about with being on the 18th floor). Book your stay-you won't be disappointed!

Everything with the condo was as described except exterior construction causing beachside pool to be closed for the week. Also the beach service company’s employee was not helpful.

Fall Break Getaway

This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn't be happier. The condo was clean and comfy and the owner was super easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip to PCB!

I was so pleased with the condo. It was even better than I expected from the photos. It was very fresh and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we could need. The view was amazing! I have never stayed on the west end of the beach and the location was wonderful. Close to Pier Park and other attractions but quiet and peaceful at the same time. The owners were so easy to work with and answered any questions I had very quickly. This condo will always be my first choice when planning a return trip to PCB.

Awesome Vacation!

I would like to thank Charles and Janice Shockey for allowing us to stay in their beautiful condo. It was perfect! The condo was very clean when we arrived. I have stayed in many condos in the past, but this one was my favorite. We will try to book with Charles and Janice for our next PCB vacation.

We love the location of the property and the space.

Everything was just as it was advertised. Very nice and safe place for families. The rental property was spacious and the view was awesome. It was so easy to park and get in an out. We will definitely go back next year.

Our family lives in Woodstock. Georgia. I grew up in Alabama and graduated from Auburn University. As a child, my family vacationed in Panama City Beach every Summer. Chuck grew up in Virginia and graduated from Georgia Tech. We have three children, Chuck, Cameron and Courtney.

Of all the many places our family has vacationed, no other destination has the beautiful sugar white sand beaches and stunning emerald green ocean that you find in Panama City Beach. We also have many wonderful family memories in Panama City Beach. Chuck and I purchased our condo at Celadon during the pre-construction phase in 2003 and continue to enjoy every aspect of this beautifully maintained and well managed resort. There is no better vacation destination in Panama City beach! This will always be our beloved 'home away from home'. When you are a guest at our condo, it immediately becomes your home too!

We love the location of Celadon Beach. The resort is located on the quiet, family-oriented west end area of the beach. After looking at many other properties, we fell in love with the peaceful location of Celadon, even before construction on the building began.
