Great place / great location

Nice spot close to the beach and close to the boardwalk. Friendly and easy to communicate with the property manager. Great stay overall.

Great Stay for Family Beach Vacation

Loved staying at this property. Elena was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was super close to the beach and boardwalk, only a quick walk. Parking was excellent. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Nice apartment

It was a very pleasant experince. Nice location. Nice property. Property manager was helpful and pleasant. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Break from city life

Property is spacious and close to the boardwalk and beach. Make sure you pack your own blankets the ones that are provided are very thin and cheap.

House was nice with 2 good parking spots, tight for trucks but it was fine. Everything was good other than the fact that we had to mop the floors, clean the bathrooms, and buy sheets for the beds.

The property manager Elena was great, responsive and very accommodating. Location is excellent and perfect for walking to the boardwalk and music festival. This would be a great place for senior weekers or those who need a good location and don’t care about staying at a very worn but “just clean enough” place. Furniture is very worn and looks like it was all bought at a 2nd hand store and kitchen is poorly stocked. For example, 3 old rusty knives in the butchers block, one pan that is all rusty with peeling Teflon and no baking pans. Had to go out and buy our own pans to cook some eggs in on morning. This unit is in need of a major renovation. In the end, it served our needs for the weekend and Elena was great which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, would not stay here again unless renovated.

We would like to clarify that the apartment is accurately represented in the listing photos, and we aim to ensure guests know exactly what to expect prior to booking. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookware and supplies needed for daily use, and in some cases even includes additional items to support a comfortable extended stay. Regarding the style of the property, it is designed as a beach house, and we intentionally maintain a relaxed coastal aesthetic consistent with the character of the area.

Weekend getaway

Spacious and clean. Furniture is a little outdated and beds are not comfy at all. Host was very nice and welcoming. She made checking in and out a breeze. Perfect location in regards to beach access!

Great place

The place was overall very nice. Super convenient and parking was great. The owners live next door and we’re very pleasant and helpful. Few cosmetic issues but very happy. Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as other places I’ve stayed at no baking dishes or sheet pans, which is odd considering there is an oven. But I would stay again and the owners and unit was awesome.

Great stay

the house looked and smelled clean! Very spacious living room which worked out great for the group I was with. Check in process was easy and check out process was even easier. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

Nice

The property manager was very nice and welcoming from the moment she called me to let me know I can check in a little earlier. The property was very clean, a little outdated but very clean. Overall the stay was nice and I would recommend it too someone else.
