You won’t regret staying here!

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and more. We also really loved the convenient location of the included parking pass. We would love to stay here again whenever we make our way back to PCB.

Very nice spacious apartment. The beds was very comfortable and the view from the apartment was AWESOME! Very nice complex.

Clean room great communication

From booking all the way through our exit, the communication was incredible and with such ease! I will definitely stay with them again. The room was beautiful and really clean! Fantastic for our family!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We had a great time at the beach. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient. Been going to PCB and Destin every summer for over 20 years and this was a great experience.

Absolutely gorgeous

The home is always super clean if you have any issues they are there with in a few minutes at your service. I have stayed there 4 or 5 times and it is the same great service every time. Looking for a home away from home this is it. I wouldn't change a thing except to be able to stay longer.

Amazing and beautiful home

We had great parking and really close beach access and the view from the balcony was magnificent. We are coming back in September. The vacation spot that we will use again and again apt 1402. Has all the comforts of home and everything you could need to keep house

Amazing trip!

As always, Esther provided us with a beautiful condo at Tropic Winds. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including the best parking space. The condo was extremely nice and clean and the beach was beautiful as always. We can’t wait to come back.

QUICK WEEKEND GETAWAY

Clean and pretty condo. Plenty of seating in the living room and balcony. Nice to have two seats and umbrella included. Great view. Would I rent this one again, absolutely.

Enjoyed our stay

Apartment was clean and comfortable. The complex is well maintained and clean. The beach and water were gorgeous. Scott was responsive and accommodating. The building had many families with children on Easter break. People were very friendly.

This condo is the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed in!! It’s beautifully decorated and has extra little touches that make it stand above the rest. Esther is a pleasure to deal with and was very fast in responding! Loved everything about our stay!

Gorgeous View and Amazing Stay!

We loved everything about our stay at this condo! To start off, the view from the condo is beautiful and just as the pictures show. The place was one of the cleanest we have stayed in and had everything we needed. Scott was so easy to communicate with and took care of all our needs quickly and efficiently. The location is great and having the beach chair service included is a huge plus. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it!! You won't be disappointed!

Perfect as always

This is our second time renting this condo and we're already planning when to go back after just leaving yesterday. This building is smaller and quiet. The beach wasn't crowded. Having complimentary beach chairs is great. The condo itself is super clean and nicely furnished. We have zero complaints!

Perfect

Absolutely loved our stay! Our condo was everything we imagined and more. The only thing we didn’t care too much for was the parking. We had two vehicles and our second vehicle we had to park across the street even though there were tons of parking open in the parking garage

Wonderful family vacation!

This is our third year booking through Scott & Leigh and our second unit we've stayed in. It's a home away from home and Scott is so responsive regarding anything you need. We fly into PCB so having all the beach chairs, toys & umbrellas is a big plus for us as those are hard to bring when flying. Kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable. The units are always very clean! I highly recommend any of the units the Knights' offer!

Perfect for everyone

I visited with my wife and stepdaughter, and this place was perfect for everyone! Beach access and free chairs were super quick and easy to access. The balcony is spacious and well-furnished, the perfect spot for us to enjoy morning coffee and take in the fantastic views. The layout was great for family time and cozy movie watching on the comfy couch during rainy days, and the two bedrooms each with tvs and attached bathrooms allowed privacy and independence (great for letting the 13 year old be a 13 year old). The property owner was also quick and responsive when we needed to contact them. Highly recommend and would absolutely return to this property again myself!

Amazing Condo

I rented 2 condos this week and they both where way more than what I expected. They where clean clean clean amazing views beds where the best plenty of room for us all games and lots of beach rafts and beach toys loved it and will be back. Then the best part was Esther she is one of a kind so caring and helpful. I will not rent from anyone except Esther in these condos .

Beautiful beach getaway!

The week started out poorly as my group of four had rented another place in Panama City. It was terrible so we were scrambling for somewhere else to stay. I called and spoke with Meghann. She was so helpful and kind regarding our situation. She even texted me when the previous occupants left so I could get an earlier start on saving my vacation. The condo was beautiful with a large, open, clean, beautiful home to make lasting beach memories. It was so impressive to move from the mess we had booked into the bright relaxing space in Tropic Winds. The process was wonderful in terms of check in and check out and I was extremely impressed with the condo and the property. Thank you so much for saving our vacation and we can't wait to come back!!

BEAUTIFUL!

This was the BEST condo! It was close to beach and the reserved parking was amazing! Everything was super comfortable! We loved the big comfy couch! All appliances were super nice and balcony was a great size! I can’t say enough about Esther ❤️ she is a gem! The power flickered while we were on the beach one night and we noticed the air wasn’t working around 10pm, I texted Esther and she got the handy man right up there and we were cool in no time! The elevators were fast and hardly no wait even in July! Very close to Pier Park! Thanks again to Esther and the owners for providing such a great condo at an affordable price! Hello and welcome to our little slice of Heaven! Portside Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is a cozy and luxurious community right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our unit, Q4, provides a nicely renovated 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath condo with full kitchen and living room to up to 6 people. We have two king beds, a queen pull-out couch to accommodate your family. Our unit’s rental includes Xfinity high speed internet, Xfinity TV, all utilities, and access to pools, tennis courts, and of course, the beach. There are multiple golf courses in the area, Pier Park is only a couple miles, and there are wonderful restaurants all around. Deep sea fishing charters, go-karts, putt-putt, and much more await here in PCB.
We, Tate and Meghann Gaines, are from just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. We are a young married couple with a six month old daughter, Maggie. Tate is an insurance agent and Meghann is an elementary school teacher. We both have been to this area many times and have fallen in love with all PCB has to offer. This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location. We can see the sunsets, and the views all the way to San Destin. The gulf breezes are amazing on our end unit which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
