We loved this place so much! The condo itself was spotless, but I was even more impressed with how well maintained the entire property was throughout our stay. The beach is literally steps away and the beach chair service was top notch. We also absolutely loved the large balcony and different seating options! Everything about this condo was super convenient! We don't usually like to stay at the same place more than once, but we will definitely be booking this place again!

Perfect for families

We will be back for the price, cleanliness, and quietness. You don’t even feel like you’re in the typical PCB crowds for even Memorial Day weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want a quiet location away from the craziness of a vacation beach town then this condo is the place! It sit just west of the craziness. The condo was very nice. It included everything need for a weeks stay. The grounds were kept nicely. No issues with the condo or grounds. I would definitely stay at this condo again. Also forgot to mentioned that since we were arriving late that night, a light was on so we didn't have to walk into a dark condo!

Family getaway

This condo was perfect for us, tastefully furnished and decorated. It was well stocked. Our favorite features were the large deck with plenty of seating options and the location. There are no other large condos located directly beside this building, so the beach was not terribly crowded.

The property was great and the condo was clean and well kept. If I had a complaint, it would only be loading and unloading the car from the assigned parking space. If you do stay here, I would suggest loading and unloading in the garage before finding your parking space. Other than that, everything was great and this was only a very minor inconvenience.

We brought along a tripod and our binoculars, The height on the 16th floor allowed us to spot more ships than we could have on lower levels. Walks on the beach every day. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd visit to unit 1605. The balcony is great for watching the beach, the sunsets, the weather and hanging out. The condo is well appointed, close to lots of places to eat, and is centrally located on the Emerald Coast. Parking was convenient and safe. Everyone was friendly. The beach service was so nice to have, and we found the beach toys we needed for a float on the waves. The washer and dryer were great to have, too. We'll be back again.

March 2021 Stay

Loved celebrating my 44th birthday weekend in your condo. We come to PCB several times a year and I have to say not only is renting from Gretas the best, this condo 1605 is truly the best! This condo is has the most items to make your stay feel like you have everything and more. Love that you keep so many of the items you need to enjoy the beach. This is a great savings so you won’t have to buy play items and chairs, umbrellas, etc. at the stores. Not to mention how beautiful your unit is decorated. It’s very relaxing condo with the perfect beautiful view of the Gulf. Our family will definitely stay in your unit again soon. Dinner at Runaway Island and breakfast at Barefoot beach is highly recommended for all.

The property location and views from the balcony are amazing. My only complaint is the condo needs an update on the living room couch and chairs and patio furniture along with the master comforter. We would definitely stay again.

beautiful Beautiful condo. Fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home and more. The balcony was the best! Excellent view of the ocean. I had breakfast and coffe on the balcony every morning while watching the sunrise. Definitely frecommend Tropic Winds #1605!

It was spacious with a big balcony outfitted with couch and chairs and a place to play cards.The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was easy come, easy go as our parking place was very convenient.
