Welcome to your updated top-floor penthouse villa with beautiful partial ocean views and direct private beach access. Ocean side, no roads to cross to get to the beach!

Enjoy all the perks of oceanside living with resort-style amenities, including:
• Two gated large saltwater heated pools (one oceanfront with zero-entry and a splash zone for kids)
• Two gated hot tubs
• Bar & grill with snack shop
• Fitness center, game room
• Outdoor grilling stations and plenty of relaxed seating areas plus a few hammocks

The villa is accessible via stairs or elevator and has 6 sleeping options for 4 occupants. Additional features include:
• A private bedroom with sliding barn doors, queen bed with storage drawers, and a high-quality mattress
• Built-in single sized bunk beds (ideal for children or smaller teens)
• A pull-out sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress
• Fully equipped kitchen with full-size and small appliances, dishware, and a single-serve Keurig
• Smart TV with basic cable in the living room
• A private balcony with glider seating and a peaceful partial ocean view—close enough to see and hear the waves!
• Two beach chairs and a beach cart (availability not guaranteed if lost or damaged)

We loved the location of this condo. It had everything we needed and the amenities are wonderful! Kelley answered our questions right away and made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the week.

Very nice condo for the two of us. The amenities at Ocean Oak were great. We had an issue with not getting a parking pass that was quickly resolved.

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Loved the pool and the snack shack and bar for refreshments. Very clean condo. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Only thing we thought the condo needed was a clothes hook on the bathroom door. Would definitely stay here again

The property was nice with a beautiful view! Check in was very smooth and easy. Host was friendly and fast to respond with any issues and getting them fixed. The pool was awesome and easy access to beach. Definitely will be staying again in the future!

What an amazing apartment! The apartment is updated and very clean. Once of the many highlights was full access to the Hilton Grand Vacation property adjacent to this building (gym and pool). My wife and two daughters loved the location and amenities. The host was extremely responsive with any questions prior to booking and followed up to make sure to contact her if there were any issues (there were none). Highly recommended!!!

The place was perfect for the 2 of us but the pool, cabana restaurant and easy beach access made the stay exceptional.We enjoyed Starbucks coffee every morning, the cool water (and Miami Vices) during the day, and the comfy bed at night! My husband said to add “and the very good air conditioning” :)Will definitely be returning!!

Excellent location. Really can't beat it. Close to shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Unit was clean and well stocked. They maximized storage and seating. Steps to beach, beach is busy but as overly crowded. Pools are clean. Grounds are clean. On site laundry is nice. They did have some beach equipment to use which was also nice. Parking is a little crowded at times but nice to have free. Hosts are friendly and receptive. Directions are clear. Would highly recommend

Wonderful property and location. Not only is it a great condo, but the amendities, including the heated pool was wonderful during the cooler weather and kept my kids active.

The condo was perfect for a quick stay. It was beautifully decorated with had everything you needed given the space. The location and ocean views from the porch are wonderful! The owner was great with communication. I would highly recommend staying here in the future.

Everything went smoothly. Very nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shops and activities nearby. I was solo on this trip but would be great for families.

Great location, well equipped, easy to reach the host, parking included is so nice, ocean view from the balcony and close to the beach. The bedroom was a bit tight, with little closet space, but otherwise, all was good.

The closet is a little narrow but we did add a small clothes organizer plus the additional pull out drawers on the bed to maximize the storage without overcrowding the space. We absolutely love this property and all that it has to offer. It has everything we need for a fun and relaxing vacation. My family enjoys playing at the beach, walking, biking, playing miniature golf, shopping and relaxing at the pools and hot tubs in the evening. I personally love watching and listening to the ocean sounds from the balcony. We have also played on beautiful golf courses, which there is no shortage of. Celebration park is a great place for the little ones and adults alike. Having so much within walking distance is a huge bonus! We have many things we still want to try in Hilton Head such as paddle boarding, jet skiing, shark fishing and going on a dolphin cruise (we have seen several dolphins from the beach just outside of our building).

We have a lot of fun exploring new restaurants and have never been disappointed with the cuisine Hilton Head offers.

We love sharing our home away from home with others and it is our goal for each guest to have a great time. Our hope is everyone leaves feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and loves it as much as we do.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The fact that we share top rate amenities with the resort next door had us sold. The pools are beautiful and spacious, not to mention the 2 large hot tubs. The snack bar and small store on site is affordable and convenient. The grilling area is clean with a lot of open seating. There are 3 large hammocks for relaxing and many comfortable seating areas. During the summer they may have outdoor games set up. There is a workout room and a game / computer room as well. You can enjoy all of the benefits of staying at a very nice resort for a fraction of the cost.
