This property was great! Our host gave detailed instructions so check in was smooth, which we appreciated after such a long day of travel. The room was clean and was as described. The bed was comfy. We loved being so close to the beach, and there are lots of places to eat close by. Would stay here again :)

Wonderful week in Waikiki! Comfortable accommodation. Beach just 2 blocks away. Restaurants, shopping and fun spots close by.

Great Location

We needed something simple and in a good location and this delivered 1000%.The apartment was secure, clean and well maintained. Brenda was both responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Great tiny place

Host was pleasant to speak with and was willing to work with me on unusual situation. Place has everything you need , super close to the beach . Clean . Location is the key, you r in the heart of everything.

Skyrise studio that’s tightly packed to get you close to the beach. A simple block walk to the oceanfront! Parking is very difficult…the parking garage beneath the unit(s) have a seldom fought over spot. The closest public garage ends up costing 95 for a 24hr pass. If using public transportation it would be an easier go at it. Know you’re downtown and so the houseless population is prevalent, as to be expected in this sought out busy beach. Mind you, we did stay over the Fourth of July so the busyness is probably vastly fluctuating! Overall, safe tower with security in the lobby. Quaint narrow balcony overlooking the city and far residential green hillside was nice to have a breath of air. Kitchenette is small and tight but has everything you need to eat a takeout on the lanai. Waikiki and Honolulu are just a bit too busy for this small town girl…would rather enjoy the less crowded beaches on the rest of the island but have absolutely no complaints about this wonderful host or property but not my cup of tea with the city life it comes with.

Perfect for what we needed.

Very enjoyable. We wanted minimal and we got it. Everything worked as it should. People were so nice! It was fun meeting locals in the elevator. If you’re not worried about having all the things in your room this is a perfect place to stay!

I liked that it is very close to the beach, few steps away. I just don't like that the curtains has bad gross looking stains, old linens and no pots to cook on. Just a tiny rice cooker and a tiny pan to fry two eggs.

We stayed here 5 nights it was wonderful we could walk to everything great restaurants within walking distance. The beach is 2 blocks away perfect location . The room had all we needed beach toys a place to cook breakfast A fridge and coffee pot and toaster we were able to save some cash by having breakfast in the room . Comfy bed and table and chairs on patio . No frills but everything we needed to comfortably stay in the most beautiful place in the world.Brenda was quick to respond to questions and check in was easy . Lots of towels and laundry on first floor .

Great Location

Great location to Waikiki and beach. Check-in was easy using lockbox. Studio space was small, but functional. Teeny kitchen counter, but good enough to prepare non-cook meals - all utensils and kitchenware provided. Bed was super comfy! Big bummer was the daily garbage trucks emptying bins at 4:30AM. Would have liked to have a laundry drying rack, but made do with hangers and chairs. Would definitely stay again, as the price was much more affordable and the location was top-notch.

Cozy and clean

We had a lovely stay at Brenda's place. The room was just as pictured and very clean other than the floor being a bit sandy. The bed was comfortable and AC was cold. We were provided detailed check in instructions. The location was very convenient to the beach, although parking was a major issue which detracted from the convenience. (The attached garage is tiny and was always full, and the suggested alternative was closed to the public, so we had to keep driving around until we found somewhere on our own). I understand this is a common issue in Waikiki however so it wouldn't stop me from staying at this property again. Overall it was a nice option for the price and had everything we needed- I would recommend this property :)

Not what we expected

A twin tower high-rise built in 1975, the unit is 255 sqft (not all is recent reno) with 37 sqft lanai, 9 floors above a large grease/exhaust-producing single-wide food truck thing. Plan to drop your bags at the front entrance because the garage (<15 spaces below) will be full and nearby public garages will possibly fill before you arrive (equates to $$$). Street entrance will be locked at 8pm so you will need to get directions on how to enter the secured building after. You will be asked to check in with security and provide ID. To prevent roasting, you should change the small AC window unit to non-eco mode. Laundry facility in the building was closed. Check-in is at 4, not 3:00. Kitchenette is a small sink, small fridge, and tiny countertop with various appliances to plug in. Mountain and ocean views are between high-rise bldgs. When you leave the room you can't lock the deadbolt -only bottom lock. Check inbox for arrival info.

This is a fantastic location in Waikiki

We loved Waikiki the unit is small but the price was great and the location was even better. Brenda was easy to work with and overall we really enjoyed it

Perfect space in a perfect location

Brenda was super informative and helpful. The condo was within walking distance of everything. After exhausting days of adventures it was very nice to come back to a COMFORTABLE bed to recharge for the next day. Would definitely book again!

Perfect

I needed a small space to escape a large family (mine) staying down the road so I can unwind and decompress after being out with them all day. This was perfect. Check in was easy and the room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows! The lanai is small but cozy and offered a mountain side view and a wonderful breeze. All the basics are available including an oversized mini fridge, utensils, coffee pot, etc. downstairs is a car rental place and outside is an ABC convenience store and lots of food options. Only a few blocks to the beach. I will definitely book again. Mahalo!
