PARADISE FOUND at Indian Beach-Beautiful 3 BR Oceanfront Condo at The Ocean Club

Updated for 2023 Summer Season!!! Brand new living room furniture in 2023, all flooring replaced with LVP and entire condo repainted in May of 2023! New Quartz counters and backsplash in kitchen completed 2021. King Sized bed in 2022.

Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condo in highly desirable Crystal Coast town of Indian Beach. Decor is bright and beachy.

King in master, two twins in 2nd bedroom, twin over full bunk in 3rd bedroom. Towels and linens are included for weekly rentals and Professional Cleaning and Sanitization are completed between each visit.

Enjoy the beautiful ocean view and sound of the waves from the comfortable covered deck. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need and more. Free secure WIFI, Cable, Smart TV in LR and flat screen or Smart TV's in bedrooms. Unit is well stocked with games and books. Washer and dryer in the unit!

Easy access to the beach with two private access points, plus beach chairs and toys provided. Don't forget your beach towels! Do not miss the spectacular sunset from the private pier on the Soundside of the resort.

Additional Resort Amenities include: elevator, oceanside and soundside gated swimming pools, hot tubs and kiddie pools, Sound Front Pier, fitness room, beautiful newly remodeled clubhouse, outdoor grilling areas. Please inquire about any limitations due to Covid-19, we are not responsible for amenities that may be closed in accordance with local or state guidelines or by The Ocean Club HOA, but we will do our very best to keep guests informed.

Two parking passes included, no boats or trailers, no pets. There is a strict two car max per HOA rules. (HOA Rules and strictly enforced).

The Ocean Club is one of the most beautiful resorts in the area and one of the only with beach and sound access!

***We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance that allows you to cancel for any reason, in the event that someone in your party is unable to travel due to injury or illness, etc.***

If a trip must be canceled because the Town of Indian Beach or Carteret County have enacted any travel restrictions we will refund you or apply it to a future stay. The decision will be yours. However, if there are no Travel Restrictions in place, we will adhere to our Cancellation Policy.

Wonderful Fall Sisters Getaway!

The location was wonderful! Communication with Jen was great and the check in process was a breeze..The condo was very clean! The living room furniture was very nice and so comfortable. Everything you need, well maintained and very welcoming, beachy, neat and tidy! The ocean views were beautiful (no beach views as 1st story unit), wonderful beach walking annd some shelling. Easy walk to the beach and pool/hot tub. Loved sitting out on the deck and listening to the ocean, and watching the pelicans. The Fish Hut Grill was delicious and fresh! Would definitely recommend!

Great beach stay!

Perfect location 1/2 between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach in center of island so ease to go either way (great seafood market, Willis, and fantastic shrimp burger food truck just 5 minutes away) Beautiful large beach w plenty of space for beach tents. Condo climate well controlled, beds and large sofa comfy, plenty of cooking supplies in kitchen (could have used large stock pot but that was it!), easy access to pool and beach and loved listening to ocean waves on deck in mornings and evenings w plenty of seating and decent view of ocean (beach not visible) but all the smells and sounds of ocean still enjoyable - extra seating in storage unit was handy!! Thank you for pleasant stay - would definitely consider a return trip in future.

Greatvget away

We loved this property. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The pool was a plus aside from the ocean and the sound. The ocean and beach were our favorites. It was so clean. The only neg. Was the twin bed mattress are very soft while the king and full mattresses were perfect. I felt like Goldilocks. Lol I would rent again if there was a more direct flight from Michigan. Thank you Jen.

Perfect beach rental!

Over the years, we've stayed in several rentals and locations along the southern NC coast, and this was by far the best. The property was clean and well maintained. I appreciate that the owners have reinvested in the property versus letting the wear and tear of a beach rental accumulate over the years. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need. The check in process was easy with key less entry (no waiting in line at a rental agency!) and check-out wasn't a long list of to-dos. The condo is in a community that was quiet and appeared to be mostly families. Sound side access is a plus with dock and water launch access. I would definitely rent at this property in the future.

Relaxing Anniversary get away

Renting this beach front property was so easy. Beautiful location, community nice and quiet. Properly very well kept and well equipped. The owners were very nice, responsive and check in and out was a breeze. We hope to go back soon.

Great location and great place to stay

This place was really bright and clean. Nice views of the beach and the beach and the pool are just steps away. Owners had stocked everything very well and this was much appreciated! Great notebook regarding the place and the amenities. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Family Vacation

This was our second time coming to Indian Beach. This condo was a great place to stay. It’s very easy to get to the beach and pool and the view from the deck is great! The house was stocked well with cooking items and place settings. We’ll definitely visit again!

Beautiful and Bright condo

We had a wonderful trip to Salter Path and loved staying at the open, airy and bright condo! The location was perfect and the deck was private while still maintaining a view of the ocean. We will be back!

Comfy Coastal Condo

Our family had a great stay! The condo has a nice view of the ocean and the dune foliage blocks the beach noise but not the view. The deck offers a great place to hang out and drink coffee in the morning, watch kites in the afternoon, and moon gaze at night. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms afforded our teenagers their own room so they could have some alone time when needed. We had a short walk to the pool and beach. The owner and property manager were both very responsive. Great experience! I would definitely recommend.

Ocean Front and easy walk to the beach

Loved the cheery color scheme of the property. Everything you needed in the kitchen to cook up a meal. One condo group awayfrom boardwalk to the beach and pool.

Fall Beach Trip

An amazing location on Emerald Isle, North Carolina

This was an amazing week of vacation. The condominium is located in an excellent spot with privacy and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Jen the owner and Drew the property manager were always available for anything needed. Thank you so much, and I would love to be back... August-September 2021

Perfect

Perfect location! The unit is nicely decorated with beachy vibes. Nice deck to sit outside and take in the ocean air and sounds. There’s an elevator and stairs very close to unit and the walkway to the beach and pool are pretty close as well. Don’t plan to park underneath the unit, it’s much easier to park in the common area which is very close. The underneath parking design does not make sense at all. Pots and pans are plentiful for cooking. Overall vibe was very chill. It’s a very laid-back area and perfect! 15 minutes from Publix and liquor store. There’s jet ski rentals about half a mile away. For great shelling-take the ferry to Shackleford Banks-it’s gorgeous! Beaufort is a super cute area. The restaurant Surfs up had great shrimp and there’s a food truck nearby that has shrimp burgers that were good too. There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and a football in the locked closet downstairs. No need to bring any of this-just remember your beach towels and sunscreen 😊

Fabulous Vacation

We use VRBO 3-4 times a year for our vacations and getaways and have never had a host that has been as well prepared, thoughtful and responsive! It has been a wonderful week and staying in this condo with the level of service we've experienced has made it perfect in every way! The property was clean and well maintained. It was wonderfully decorated and ideally situated to the beach, the pool and other sites and activities in Indian Beach. Our son proposed to his girlfriend at sunset on the beach this week. This place and the the host helped us create a special memory in the life of our family. We highly recommend it! Delia

Week in paradise!

Jen does everything in her power to help ensure you have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Communication was excellent. Unit was clean and welcoming. Board games, books and beach equipment are available. Lovely view of the ocean from the deck. Nice to have 2 pools to choose from, don’t miss going over to the sound side! We felt very much at home, thank you Jen!

2021 family vacation

We had a great time on this family vacation. We had my son, daughter-in-law, 18-month granddaughter, daughter and her husband for part of the week. The renting process couldn't be easier. The communication between Jen and me was very good. She helped us rent a crib for the baby. Most of the adults went on a bottom fishing trip and caught quite a lot of fish. The baby took a little time getting used to the ocean but by the end of the week she thoroughly enjoyed it. We were very satisfied with the experience of running on VBRO, and we would consider doing it again.

Absolutely Paradise

It was great! Close to the beach and within driving distance to lots of fun activities! The hosts were wonderful and quick with communication and so helpful! We hope to stay here again on our next trip!

perfect but..

all was perfect but we traveled a l very long distance to get there and we got there early and the unit was cleaned but we could not get in early like in some other units.

Gorgeous place and helpful owner!!!!

Our family of six had a fantastic week at Jen's place. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and pleasing with a nice big balcony overlooking the water, with plenty of seats for everyone. I loved being able to see the ocean as I cooked or lounged on the comfortable sofas in the living room. The location is great--getting to the beach is easy and there are many places to eat minutes away. Communication with Jen was great and the onsite property manager was responsive and helpful. Jen went above and beyond to find the second property right in the same building to house additional family members so we could have our happy family reunion. Even though she was not the owner of the property. What a treat! Thanks for a great week, Jen. And thank you for all your help to make our stay unforgettable! Hope to be back! Debbie, Marina and the family

Awesome week at the Beach

What an AWESOME week at the beach! The location was great! Multiple pools to choose from if family did not want to go to the ocean. Great views in the morning for sunrise. You can walk across the street to the north side property to catch the sunsets. No gas or charcoal grills on the deck but they had plenty of them throughout the property which were very convenient to grill dinner. Would recommend waiting on getting groceries. There is a Publix about 8 miles to the South that was awesome. For simple little things there is a Dollar General about 1/2 mile to the North. Master bedroom and bath were excellent, spacious and very comfortable. Twin bedroom was great for our mother/grandmother. The bunk room was perfect for the teenagers. No issues at all with parking and could easily fit a large pickup underneath. Not a ton of people at the complex we were there but could see parking become a slight challenge if the everyone showed up at once. We were already talking about how to go back again as we left to head home. First class condo with first class owners!!!
