Comfortable home, very clean. The beds were comfy and the space well set-up. The outside could use some weeding and maintenance, and the upstairs living room couches aren’t great, but this was minor. There are LOTS of beds, and nice, clean linens, but if you bring a group that big, the living space and bathroom accommodations may feel pretty small. This may not matter as there is TONS to do in the area, very convenient and family friendly. Westfield is a fun town, especially if you bring a group to Grand Park, and this home is close to all of it. We lacked clarity on check-in and check-out as we didn’t book through the VRBO app. The host was responsive, but it was confusing and a bit frustrating. All-in-all it was a fun place for our family.

Overall, no major complaints. Bathrooms could have been a bit larger for my taste, but were fully functional and didn’t cause us any inconvenience. Overall, would be a great place to stay for a larger family.

Great Place to Stay

The place is great and spacious and near lots of food options as well. Very clean and host is amazing. Definitely would recommend for anybody who has a lot of people staying.

Family get together nearby

Property was clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, easy to find and suited our needs perfectly for our stay. We spent most of our time away from the house but while we were there it was pleasant. The neighborhood is also quiet.

Family Reunion

Many of the family members only sleep there and stayed up late talking. Most of the activities was at our Carmel home. Convenient place for many out of town family member to stay.

Our stay was nice. It was a middle ground meeting place for three families for the holiday and while conveniently located immediately off the highway, it was not a place we would choose again. A few recommendations for the host, at least one bedroom has two more beds that it should accommodate, making it hard to walk in the room. There were some issues with a strong sewer smell when in the back yard, and the drawers in the kitchen were nearly impossible to open, as there is no hardware on them. Again the stay was nice but should be considered one of convenience and not if you enjoy a lovely location. Thank you for the stay.

Great for a bigger Group

We were in town for a softball tournament. The downstairs has the bunk room and a 1/2 bathroom. The upstairs has a living area and so does the downstairs. It worked for us but the no shower downstairs was a bummer for our 4 girls getting ready. We managed just fine.

Girls' weekend to celebrate 2 birthdays.

We came from Lake Geneva, WI, Chicago NW suburbs, Newburgh, IN. We've been friends for over 30 years. First time in Carmel--Zionsville area. We did NO cooking, but kitchen was fully stocked had we wanted to make a gourmet meal.

Indy Race Made Easy

Nice house! Plenty of room for all of us. Didn't have to cram into one hotel room to eat together. Nice neighborhood in a growing Westfield (suburb of Indianapolis). Short walk to a beautiful park. The trail was paved, children's area and picnic tables. Short drive to IMS for the 500 race. Definitely hope to do it again!

Weekend stay for Grand park

Property was ideal for us with close proximity of Grand Park. However property needs some TLC, flooring planks were splitting. Rug in kitchen covered a big gap in flooring planks. Pictures were accurate however property defiantly shows wear and tear. Property owner was responsive to an issue we had.

Bullpen trip

House was clean, easy to get in and out. There is a grill listed on amenities but it’s a George Forman so I recommend bringing your own if u plan on grilling. House has lots of sleeping arrangements but not much space to get in and out of rooms due to so many beds. No fire pit. Neighbors yard is an eyesore, but was in a safe area and overall a good stay.

Perfect location for tournaments, but safety and host response fell shortCheck-in was seamless and the proximity to our tournament was perfect. The house is basic and the rooms are quite tight. The downstairs living space is much nicer than the upstairs one.Since we were in town for a basketball tournament, we only needed the house to sleep and shower, making the beds our top priority. On our first night, a dad and his two daughters arrived late (around 12:45 AM). To avoid waking anyone, they took the downstairs bunk room. As one daughter got into the top bunk, the slats and mattress collapsed onto her sister on the bottom bunk. Fortunately, both were okay, but they were understandably too afraid to use the bunk for the rest of the stay and had to use trundle beds instead.When I reached out to the host the next day, her response was dismissive; she stated she couldn't believe there wasn't "horseplay involved." I felt this was very inconsiderate given the safety hazard. When I brought up the idea of compensation, she stopped replying entirely and ghosted my follow-up messages after we returned home. Had she handled this professionally and assured us the bed would be inspected for future guests, I would have left a much better review.

Wedding gathering

Overall our stay was ok. There was a posting for an hot tub which wasn’t there. The owner said VRBO meant bath tub ! Our family gathered for a wedding near Westfield. We weren’t living in the unit much. Mostly to sleep and bathe. Though there were a few washcloths but not nearly enough for our group. Our host was quick to deliver lots of new washcloths and a gift card for the hot tub error which was appreciated. We felt the unit wasn’t as clean as we are used to. Smudges on patio glass, dust ,soiled bath mat in main bathroom grossed me out, video games turned on but couldn’t find a charger. Just lots of small things that added up. I felt bad having to ask or share negatives with the host. So I just let it go. Won’t stay there again. But to end on a positive note close to good eating places and to Westfield hospital

Family Reunion Trip

Overall, the house was nice enough for what we needed. We weren’t there much so it was really about convenience and enough beds to accommodate the family. The rooms were tight, but the extra living spaces were nice. My biggest disappointment was with the communication with the owner. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive we pulled up to the driveway that was blocked due to recent re-paving. We had multiple cars and didn’t want to have to park on the street as there was city construction, many cars already parked on the street and the other houses on the street were not as well kept. In addition, the backyard view was entirely ripped up by the city with lots of construction equipment. When I reached out to the owner to say that I was surprised that I was not notified that the driveway would be blocked off and not warned of the construction I was told my message was nasty and that she thought I’d be more appreciative of a newly paved driveway and there was noting she could do about construction.all I was saying was it would have been nice to have been notified in advance so that we knew what to expect. She told me I could take down the rope from the driveway, which we were happy to do for her I just didn’t want to assume that could be done. She did leave a nice basket on the counter of treats.

Thanks for comments.The driveway had just been repaved and was blocked off while it dried. I sent you multiple messages stating the driveway could be used and the rope could be removed upon arrival. Instead of any sort of understanding you sent an aggressive and rude message complaining about not only the newly paved driveway but also the fact the city is doing construction downtown Westfield. Your complaint about the city construction as Westfield updates the downtown area with new restaurants and businesses and adding round abouts somehow being my fault was ridiculous and once again aggressive. Clearly you were having a bad day, I hope your next stay at a rental you’re having a better one and can learn to treat people with more respect as they accommodate you and your guests.
