Well maintained condo

Lots of kitchen wares and great beach equipment. Comfortable beds and a great washer and dryer. Immediate response to a couple small issues. Garage parking. Close to Poipu beach.

Great home base in Kauai!

My family (5 of us including my husband and our teen/adult kids) stayed here for a few days in the middle of our 2 week Hawaiian vacation. Check in was easy. The property is clean and spacious. The pool is clean and wasn’t crowded. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel sets, flippers and a beach umbrella. The condo was stocked with beach towels and plenty of towels for showering. Also, if you don’t feel like dealing with liquids in TSA, the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was laundry detergent, dish soap, a new sponge, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper and hand soap, as well. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything you need! We also enjoyed the gift basket at check in. The outdoor dining area was a nice spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and to be entertained by the local chickens. The beach is about a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away - go check out the turtles in the morning! Great snorkeling but be sure to wear flippers or water shoes. There’s also a shopping center at the end of the road with a couple of good dinner options. Take a 10 minute drive to Java Kai in another nice outdoor shopping area. This was a great home base for our Kauai leg of the trip about halfway between the west coast and airport. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

AMAZING

The property was perfect!!! Better than the pictures and description. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and ready for us. The amenities within the complex were also great. The pool is beautiful and never crowded. There are bbqs at the pool as well as throughout the complex. We are a family of 8 and we weren't on top of eachother; there was more than enough space for all of us. We are a family who cooks....one suggestion would to have cookie trays (for baking) and a glass/pyrex meaauring cup.

Very disappointing!

When searching for this property, I selected Wheelchair Accessible. There was NOT the clear photo of a step that is now in the listing! Upon arrival, I called the manager and was simply told that "in all of [her] 16 years, {she had] never had this happen" and that was it. No solution for the fact there was a step outside the front door that my disabled mother was going to have to navigate! I asked about a small ramp that could be moved when not needed, and I was told that she didn't think the property would allow them to store something like that on property. There was a very large garage that could easily have managed such a little ramp! Aside from the fact that my mother strained her back and knees getting into and out of the unit and is now on muscle relaxers, the unit is not truly set up for 8 people. There is a pull out couch, but it is only a full. Thus, I had my tween sleeping on the uncomfortable couch and the smallest kid sleeping on the pull out couch mattress on top of the couch cushions on the floor. It was far from ideal, especially when you consider that there was a gecko living behind the art on the living room wall and made an appearance around bedtime every night! Thankfully, two kids sleeping in the living room never saw it, or we would have had even more issues! The faucet in the kitchen does not fully retract, and the fridge water/ice dispenser was quite messy and slow to respond. Also, the dining table only seats 6 because one chair is broken in the garage, and the other chair (in the laundry room/office area) wobbled. Additionally, a few of the chairs' seat covers were disintegrating, so there was plastic covering all over the floor and our clothes! The master shower had slick tiles on the side of the shower and the master bathroom tiles were quite slick so that three of us using that bathroom slipped, slid, and nearly fell on multiple occasions since the only floor covering was in front of the sinks. The back porch was a nice space, but there were wasp/hornet nests in the corner to the right of the sliding door, and the "sliding" screen door didn't slide and had huge holes in it! Finally, the front door is difficult to unlock and open.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We ate every breakfast and dinner outside on the patio and loved the privacy of the location. The pool and hot tub were great at night after a long day of exploring the island. Highly recommend this unit to anyone with kids.

Poipu Condo

The condo was well-appointed and comfortable. We had six adults and the large table inside worked well for dining and board games. The pool area was well-kept and there were dedicated times for laps if you want.

Clean property; great location!

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient to beaches and hiking and the garage had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys etc). We appreciated the option for a high chair and pack n play. The patio and green space was great for enjoying the outdoors.

Southside Golf Staycation

The condo served us well. The size of the entire unit gave us the room to socialize from cooking to eating & just gathering. We live on the island & I planned my birthday golf weekend. We enjoyed the golf at Kukuiula, Poipu Bay & Kiahuna. The accommodations were perfect for all 6 over the hill gals, thank you

Family vacation

Loved our week here on kauai. Place was perfect size for our family of 4. Place was clean, upstairs neighbors were a little loud but nothing too bad. Kitchen had most of what we needed but pot/pans could use some updating. Also would've liked if there was more seasonings to cook with. These aren't really things you want to buy on vacation but are always nice when they're provided.

Solid spot, reasonably priced. The front door lock is tricky. You need to pull on the door while the unlocking mechanism goes.

Excellent for families

Really liked the location for our family vacation. Easy access to Poipu beach, Keiki beach, and shopping. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for our grandchild. Pili Mai was very relaxing without feeling crowded at all. Spent most afternoons at the pool. Condo itself was clean and relatively comfortable, with everything we needed for preparing meals. Would stay here again.

Great place to relax

The bedroom and bathrooms available provided privacy for everyone. Love the patio tucked in the back away from the street and home to birds. Large dining table. Pool area and spa clean. Close to stores and beach.

Family stay

Condo was super clean and comfortable for our large extended family. It was a perfect space for us. The ONLY negative I have is that the poolwas NOT heated. even in the toddler pool. The property manager was very helpful when we needed to reach out. We were unable to access originally with the code,and she was super responsive and got us in.

Absolutely gorgeous

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The place was so clean, beautiful, and pictures did not do justice. We had our wedding down the street at the spouting horn and this was the perfect location. Food and beaches are super close. We had everything we needed and will most certainly be back. Thank you!!
