This property was perfect for our trip! It was central to all the things we had planned and made getting around the island very easy. We loved that most things were walkable, especially the beach. We loved how kid friendly the condo was as well.

Everything was as advertised with this property . Good location in nice community, with several beaches within a 10 minute walk. Property was clean and well equipment with all your beach needs.

This was the best place we stayed on our trip. Everything was very comfortable. Having AC in the summer was so nice, beds were very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful with lush trees and plants, making the short walk to the beach very pleasant. Brennecke’s beach was a favorite with my group (kids ages 11-22).

I have been coming to poipu Beach area in Kauai with my family since the early 90's. This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. We needed a larger place this year since there were five adults and two small children. This home has everything you could possibly ever need or want and I just couldn't believe how awesome the hosts were. Michael and Robert responded anytime we had a question or concern and if something was needed they were on top of it within 30 minutes. This home was perfect as far as beauty, cleanliness, and comfort. The location is so nice and the swimming pools were lovely. Just a quick walk down to the beach and having the wagon along with all the beach necessities was a real treat. I look forward to staying in this lovely home with my family in the future. They all just loved it! Also the AC was such a treat and the parking is very nice. Easy access local shops and eateries. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the island. Hope everything survived Hurricane Lowell. GOD bless. Xoxo

Great home away from home

Perfectly appointed for families. Close to Brenneckes Beach for boogie boarding and Poipu Beach for snorkeling and sea turtle watching. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing and easy

This is a beautiful property and convenient to Poipu beaches. We had everything we needed, which made our stay excellent! Everything about this booking and stay was easy and marvelous. We will stay here again.

Awesome place and location

This place was wonderful. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, very comfortable and spacious, and we loved the beach equipment. If we're fortunate enough to return to Kauai, we'll be staying here!

Spring Break Getaway. Our family consisted of 6 people ages 12-76 yrs of age. Close to the beach paved walkway, open concept, spacious all amenities of a home. You don't need to pack heavy since there is washer and dryer. Go to Costco buy some food for snacks, breakfast and lunch. Had dinners out. Beach chairs were great when we went to Hanneli bay. BBQ right outside used it a couple of times super easy. Would definitely recommend for a family like ours. Communication with owner was fast and easy.

Hawaii turtle viewing getaway

Great location 6 min walk to poopy beach. Watched the turtles and seals on the beach every morning and evening. Enjoyed the stay and amenities.

Great stay at Poipu

Our stay was fantastic! The unit was well equipped.,and a short walk to Poipu beach which was great for snorkeling. The air conditioning kept the temperature perfect. Would definitely stay here again,

Nice set up for families ! A bit older condo location, but easy and direct access to beach/ green trails and 2 smaller pools to chose from:). Appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers to use !!’

Great Location!

This property is a in a great location with a short walk to beaches and the house was perfect size for 6 adults. The house came stocked with all the beach equipment including a beach wagon. Overall, If you’re looking for a quiet location near beaches this is your spot.
