Spacious 3 bedroom Regency condominium in the Poipu Kai resort- minutes walking distance from beautiful Poipu (10), Shipwrecks/Keoneloa (12) and Brennecke's (7) beaches on Kauai's sunny south shore. Double corner unit (windows on 3 sides) with vaulted ceilings in living area and master bedroom. On top (2nd) floor in 4 unit building. Three full bathrooms, full kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, wifi/internet, flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, two lanais. Central air conditioning plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. A virtual tour of the entire condo is included in the photo section above. Immediately adjacent to one of three available pools. Reserved parking spot included.

Resort tennis court access- 5 min walk. Golf and other south shore attractions within short driving distance. Ideal central location from which to explore all of Kauai's beauty.

Access to the private Poipu Beach Athletic Club (poipuclub.com) is included for everyone staying at Regency 721 for the duration of your stay.

Graco Pack 'n Play available upon request for $5/night.

Beautiful condo in a prime location

Just got back to Ohio and am already missing this amazing place! The 3 bedrooms are super spacious and the living areas and kitchen are well equipped. There are so many walking paths and to the 3 beaches and to an amazing hiking trail off ship wreck beach. Poipu beach turtles do NOT disappoint! Please eat at Keikos Paradise and get coffee from The Little Fish! Book this place asap!

Poipu Kai Condo

This is our favorite community to stay when in Poipu. This condo was perfect distance to both Poipu and Shipwrecks. Condo was clean and spacious.

Great Location

This VRBO is great. It is very comfortable and in a prime location. About a 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach and a similar walk to the Grand Hyatt. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place for family

The place was perfect for a family of 5, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all! Lots of seating and space for family meals! The location was easy walking to 3 beaches and short drives to everything else. Check in and out was a breeze and we loved the added athletic club access. Highly recommend!

Perfect family vacation

The property was incredibly awesome. The host was excellent. We found it to be so comfortable we just wanted to stay put. Walked to the beach in the mornings to view turtles and monk seals. Mahalo

Excellent Location, Immaculate accomodations, a bit on the noisy side.

All in all, a wonderful stay. Central location on the greenbelt to go towards the Hyatt or towards Poipu Beach. Fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Our 15th stay in the Islands and it was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at to date. a couple of items of note. We like to keep the windows open while sleeping and enjoy the cooling trade winds instead of using AC if possible. The Unit is in close proximity to Pe'e Rd and you will start hearing traffic @ 6:30-7:00. Also make sure that your earliest risers stay in the upstairs loft bedroom as it is open to the main living area and you will hear everything going on down there . Would have received 5 stars without the noise issues.

Enjoyed our stay!!

Property is surrounded by palms and blossoming plants, 10 steps to cozy pooljacuzzi. Rooms are spacious, balconies are great for morning coffees. Having A/C is definitely a great thing, we used it few times when it was too hot outside. Number and sizes of bedrooms worked perfectly well for us, each bedroom has it's own bathroom (bathtub or shower). Beds are comfy. Spacious main room with big and comfy sofa, for the family to gather and relax together. Large kitchen/dining area. Dishwasher had a problem but managing company arranged to get it fixed very promptly. All communication with host and managing company was easy and pleasant, the responses were coming back very prompt! Walking distance (10-15 mins) to the beaches on the nicely maintained lands. Visitor parking spots were always available for our 2nd car. My rating in 4.5 - for few things that would make our stay even better (and I do realize those things may not be a "thing" for other potential guests!) We are tea lovers, and having a tea kettle would make our stay more joyful. Also, for kitchen, having ziplocks and plastic wrap would help to manage food at premises (these things were always available in other rents I used). I also rate cleanliness as 4.5 - floors under the beds and furniture could have been vacuumed better, and shower curtain (inner one) in the 2nd floor bathroom does require a replacement. In overall, we've enjoyed our stay and would come back next time on Kauai!

Very nice property

We were very happy with this property. We had 6 adults in our party and to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for each couple was amazing! The condo is spacious, very clean and well stocked. The lanais were very clean too. I was a little confused by the layout of the rooms from the website pictures, so to clarify (for others who might also be wondering), the master bedroom and the bedroom with the two beds are on the same floor that has the kitchen, dining and family room. The bedroom with the queen bed is upstairs. It is like a loft, as one of its walls is open (closed off with shutters and a half wall) but it’s great. All the rooms are very roomy and comfortable. There are around 5 beach towels, 2 boogy boards and a couple of pool noodles, in addition to chairs and sand toys. My one complaint is communication with the property management was a little slow and seemed very automated. I wasn’t sure if I was actually texting with a real person or not. Sometimes when I texted there was a response as soon as I hit send (that’s why I felt it was automated) but other times I had to wait over an hour for a response. And when I called the number (right after receiving a reply), the call would not go through.I wanted to clarify what needed to be done before we checked out. Surprisingly, nothing. But it would have been nice to know this a little sooner than very late on our last day. A great place! Would stay here again!

Family vacation

Overall we had a nice stay, loved the island. Had issues with property managers at first. Confusion with two different property managers but owner was helpful. Had to sign a separate contract with first property manager and wanted credit cards even after we secured with VRBO. Then owner went with another property manager and they wanted me to pay in full [we had already paid]. Once again this was resolved by the owner. 2nd property manager was very nice.Was informed by the owner three weeks out the master bathroom shower cannot be used and could not get it fixed in time for our stay. He gave me back $125.00 one time payment. One of the other bathroom showers [upstairs] drains very slowly needs repair and should have been addressed prior to our check in. Closet where the water heater is located was surrounded by paper bags and beach/pool items..may be a hazard. TV in living room has exposed cable wires coming out of wall. May be a hazard for kids. Security at the complex was very good. Grounds were very nice and kept up. Condo could use some upgrades. If not looking for fancy it will work for you. Location was good, could walk to beach 10 min. and walk to get coffee etc. MN The condo had all that you need and we enjoyed the location. SPA next to our pool was not working but we did not use it.. MN

The condo was very spacious & clean and well stocked with almost anything you could ever need: shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers. laundry & dish soap, pool & beach toys, etc. It was a short walk to the beach along a walkway landscaped with beautiful flowering trees and plants. We would be happy to stay there again!

Great property. Loved how pool was next to building and restaurants in walking distance.Could have used a bit more cleaning. The main bathroom tub did not get cleaned or the rugs in that bathroom. Never used stove or oven but looks like they were missed as well.

Overall great stay! It was really close to some nearby shops/food and a short walk to the beach to view some great sunsets/sunrises. We would for sure stay here again. Hans and the property group was helpful whenever we had questions as well.

The PERFECT location!

If you are traveling to Kauai, there is truly no better place you can stay than here! The condo itself is very comfortable, which is great after a long day of play. Close walking distance to two of the best beaches on Kauai (Shipwreck, and Po’ipu). Close to Koloa, and very easy access to the rest of the island. The hosts are great communicators, and quick to respond to inquiries). This will be the first place we look when we are ready to come back again.

Holiday on Kauai

This unit is in Poipu walking distance to the beach. Being a condo rather than a resort, I felt free to explore the area. Old Koloa town is fantastic and minutes away. Break-Feast is a must try. Sea Turtles at Poipu Beach the Puka Dog lives up to the hype. Merrimans was delicious and there is so much more. Unit has kitchen and washer dryer. Beds and linens are very nice. Very close to highway and airport. Great host and facilities

Overall great

The condo was clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and just a short walk from Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Only four stars because someone entered the property during our stay - without any kind of communication or advance notice - to leave the owner’s Amazon packages in the kitchen closet. If they had asked, it wouldn’t have been a problem, but they never bothered to let us know.
