With ample seating and direct beach views, you can enjoy drinks and even dinner on the private balcony while the serenity of the Gulf lulls you into complete tranquility. The kitchen caters to culinary novices and top chefs alike, with updated stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, ample counter space, and a large breakfast bar, not to mention all the small appliances and utensils needed to let your inner chef bloom. To add to the entertainment Windemere 1408 provides, there is also a margarita machine, karaoke machine, and a Keurig coffee maker available for guest use.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
