Beach Colony Resort is a gated community in Perdido Key, FL offering you a quiet, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the resort-style pool or take advantage of the shaded heated indoor pool! Soak your worries away in the bubbling jacuzzi, as well! Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Johnson's Beach is a short stroll away.

Beach Colony Tower PH 20A is within walking distance to restaurants, quaint shops with ice cream and a daquiri bar. Two grocery stores and fishing tackle are less than a mile away. Some off-site activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

This condo was beautiful and spacious! The furnishings were great, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many places to sit. It was very well stocked and access to the beach was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations. So well equipped with everything needed. Very spacious and very clean. We will be coming back.

Excellent condo. Very comfortable furniture. Exceptional views from the multiple balconies. Very clean and well maintained. Extra refrigerator was nice with our large family. 5 minutes from EVERYTHING. Plenty of rolling carts to load in and out. Overall 10/10. We will be back.

Check in was a bit of a disaster. I never received an email with the check in door code. The email I had the gate code was wrong. I called and texted the numbers I had and it took over an hour to have someone come and change the battery. Gary was great and I appreciate him coming to help. He also was able to provide us with the code needed for the gate and the door to the unit. I did receive a text back from property at 11 the next morning when I contacted them at 7pm the night before. The unit and the property were wonderful once we got in. It was exactly what our family needed and more! We made some amazing memories that will last a lifetime!

The unit itself is nice. You’ll be satisfied with the unit.That said….The property workers on site are not remotely interested in helping you.Can we check in early? “No. You shouldn’t even be on property yet”Can you stage our bags somewhere until we can take possession of our condo?“No, we can’t do that”Can we go to the pool or beach while we wait to check in? “No, not without your bracelet”The level of pretentiousness regarding rules and willingness to be helpful, you’d think they better run their property better than a Ritz Carlton. It’s not. The elevator situation was a joke. One elevator never worked. The only other elevator worked intermittently (which is a problem for the 20th floor)Lobby area was dirty. All kinds of amenities in various stages of repair.The Owners of this unit should be extremely upset with the HOA and property management personnel. Their inability to have any concern for the renters or keep the property up to snuff is costing the owners money.

The resort’s onsite security and management team establishes and enforces access policies for the property, including the requirement for parking passes and amenity wristbands before guests may access the resort. These policies are fairly standard among beachfront properties and are intended to protect the amenities for owners and registered guests. We’re sorry you felt the onsite team was unhelpful or dismissive. We also appreciate you bringing the elevator, lobby, and amenity concerns to our attention. We’ll be sure to follow up with the HOA, as those common areas and building operations fall under their management. We hope you’ll consider staying with Beach Getaways again at a property that may be a better fit for your needs.
