Palacio 905 is a beautifully decorated condo located directly on the beach in Perdido Key and boasting incredible coastline views of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches.
With a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in one guest bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk bed in the additional bedroom, along with a queen sofa bed in the living room, your crew will have ample space and privacy. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious experience with a Gulf-view sitting area, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and a double vanity.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room where you'll find a 65-inch TV and plenty of space for the whole family to gather.
You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
