The house is perfect for a group of 8 Max. If you’re looking for Privacy and chill environment this is the place. It was our second time staying here and we wish it was ours permanently

Could not ask for a better spot, right on an amazing beach right outside the house, our host was fantastic and the house had all we needed for our stay on that side of the island.

We had a good time! The house is in a great location with everything needed for a good trip. It was fun walking the beach and watching surfers. Rincon is really close, and it was fun exploring.

Amazing views right on the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Located near to great snorkeling and restaurants. Had quick and helpful communications with property managers. We had an awesome stay and would stay again and recommend to friends.

This place was fabulous! We loved it! The place was very clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the air conditioning worked great, the beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, This place has the best ocean view ever! The weather was perfect for finding shells and exploring the beach and only steps from the terrace/balcony. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them which was only to get into the house. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and this place made it perfect.

We had a wonderful time. It was magnificent to be so close to the beach and the crashing waves. The house was a comfortable place to land with wonderful access to seeing rainbows and taking Long Beach walks. The kitchen was fun to cook in, and had most amenities. I would have loved ice trays, however. The patio was spacious and fun for dancing and yoga. And we loved having plentiful towels. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Everything worked and was smooth and easy. And the hammock was pure heaven on earth, it was always occupied. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. It would have been nice to have wash cloths but it seems pretty common for those to be optional. Loved it, would stay again.

Very clean. Very beautiful view and a sweet back patio. I very much enjoyed my stay. We had one issue with the AC and the owner was quick to respond and get out to attempt to fix it. Five star experience. I appreciate it!

Beautiful family getaway

Property was very clean, and manager was great to deal with. The beach is beautiful and quiet, and only a 12 minute ride to the plaza. Perfect spot for us this year

This place was beautiful My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from patio.

The home was beautiful. It was easy to check in and check out the hosts were very kind and helpful. We will definitely go back with our kids and grandkids.

Amazing ocean view

This is a beautiful home located right on the ocean . We spend time watching the surfers, birds catching fish and strolling along the beach.Great restaurants nearby! We had an amazing family vacation. Location was perfect.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house and beach were gorgeous. The property managers were attentive to our needs and even had a high-chair and pack n play available for our little one. We would stay here again!

Right on the beach- what more can I say!

We loved our stay in the beach home. There was something for everyone, beach strolls, hammocks for siestas, BBQ for S’mores, TV, a well equipped kitchen and beds for 10! A perfect launching place to visit great beach spots (Rincón, Crash Boat, & a longer haul to Mar Chiquita). Stores & bakeries close by.

I cannot say enough, good things about this home.It was everything as described and more. Great location great beach great host very clean very very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.I highly recommend this place or the one next-door Sol Rico 1, to anyone who wants to stay in Aguada

Nice place on the beach

This is a nice 3 bedroom on the beach. It is not fancy, but clean and comfortable. For us we love the patio the most. We love laying in the hammocks and listening to the rhythm of the ocean.

Beautifal Beachfront

Stayed for 6 days, never a complaint, beautiful views, quiet, clean environment and endless beach to walk. Lillian was very nice when we arrived and was helpful with our questions. Thank you for letting us enjoy this piece of heaven on earth. Chuck

Execellent

The house is in Aguada away from the busyness of San Juan. Waking up to the crushing sounds of the ocean was so peaceful. My whole family enjoyed our stay here. The property manager Ernest was very responsive and a great host. The place is clean and well stocked with the necessities. I appreciated that. I would def stay here again.
