Awesome Place

Everything that was advertised and more. Allowing the dogs to stay with us (2 dachshunds) made the trip possible. Sebastian was great and the property was all that we had hoped for. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants to stay in the area.

Race Week,

one issue...dish washer was not working but then did have to clean many. Would recommend a better bed in the master bedroom. place was clean and Sebastian was GREAT!

Great Time

We had a great time here, the property was quiet and peaceful. Our favorite room was the covered lanai-take in the view of the canal and hear the birds singing. Lots of good places to eat here also. Sebastian was a great host and very responsive to us. Thanks Sebastian-we enjoyed staying at your house.

WOW what a pleasure

I had checked out quite a few places on VRBO before finally deciding on Sebastians home. He was a extremally helpful in answering all my questions promptly and really made me feel comfortable with his personal disposition.. The home was in great condition when we arrived and all we had to do was unpack and relax. Everything we needed was there. The large screen tv in the living room was a real treat for someone who has a smaller version in their house. All appliances were in good working order, beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to stores if we needed anything. The owner has two other properties in the area along with this one. I highly recommend any of them for a fun wonderful vacation. I would rate this higher than 5 stars but thats all that is available.

Vacation/ help sister clean up after hurricane

The house was just as advertised. Very peaceful area and relaxing. Sébastien was quick getting back to my questions. Had everything needed. Everyone in the area are very friendly. Would definitely go there again.

Great Place, Excellent Host

Sebastian was an excellent host. Even checked in via text during our stay to make sure everything was good and that we were comfortable.

What more could you ask for?

Ahhhh…..warm sunshine, the comforting caress of a gentle breeze, birds floating on the zephyr nesting in the ancient Banyans, tropical fowl searching for their food in the peaceful canal and friendly neighbors. What more could you ask for? The home provided casual southern living, a chance to relax and enjoy a respite from the stresses of every day life. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

excellent place to relax

This is a beautiful home on the canal with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in a great little community. Boat house was great and just a short ride out onto Lake Grassy a small lake big enough to enjoy our 19 foot runabout. House was very cumfortable with everything we needed including the wifi that was just installed. we really enjoyed ourselves

Note: no internet access!

Nice property that is very clean. Pleasant location. Was traveling for work and assumed property had internet access. My mistake! Cell phone signal was also weak, which made communications for work difficult. If you want to literally "disconnect," this is the property for you, I guess!

Great home in a great location

This is a wonderful house to just relax and enjoy central Florida. Located on a canal, we enjoyed the boating and great sunsets. The quiet neighborhood made for fun running and walking. We spent two weeks here and enjoyed every day!
