Great location. Easy walk to beach and a little longer walk to the heart of Waikiki. The view was good! Communication with management group was easy and they responded quickly

The communication was always great! They were very responsive.The place was comfortable and had the amenities that is so much better than staying in a hotel!The bed was very comfortable, the Lanai was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was clean, etc..I would recommend this place

We did have trouble with the key pad. Did not understand why we could not have a set of extra towels. I had to pay 10 for a load of laundry to wash the towels. Quick response to questions. Overall was acceptable.

Exceptional location for visit to Honolulu and Waikiki

Great facilities and perfect location especially to the beach area at Hawaiin Hilton and Fort Derussy Hale Koa.

Pictures were a little deceiving. The place is definitely smaller than it looked. Check in progress is horrible. You can’t get any information early. And there were no true directions on access to hotel or where to go. Check out process was the same you can’t see anything or prepare prior to leaving until night before. Anytime I tried to communicate they would answer fairly quick, however they never would understand the actual situation or answer my questions. I know unfortunate events can happy but I paid for an extra day, they ended up with a fire in our area, and we had zero power or support for that day.. and I couldn’t get anyone to understand that or be reimbursed.

The building itself is quite old but the room was well cleaned, located in a convenient place, equipped with almost everything we need and we had a great time in Hawaii.

Anniversary Getway for Hubby and I

This is our first trip to Hawaii and it was beautiful. The location was perfect and there are bwdless views from the room out on the private deck♡

Nice Stay by the beach

Our stay was great. Walking distance to just about everything. The hotel itself was nice. It is an older place that could use new carpet, but it appeared to be vacuumed. Check-in was very easy, great communication and instructions. Would stay there again

Great location. We have stayed at the Ilikai numerous times and this unit did not disappoint. Very well outfitted with extras for the beach which was greatly appreciated!

Ideal for a fun week solo

The room is very nicely arranged and very comfortable. The views from the balcony are relaxing, especially at dusk. You get the quieter side of Waikiki but with the beach an easy walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

The Condo has amazing views and a great location. Its spacious with a good kitchen. The bed is super comfortable. Agents were super easy to deal with. Loved every minute of the 9 days we spend there.

The process as a whole was very easy and amazing. The room room was just as advertised amd the hotel was beautiful. I would stay again if given the chance.

Fantastic location and view!

We had a great stay overall. Opening the curtains every morning to an ocean view was really amazing! The bathroom, especially the shower, could really use some tlc and updating. The suite was a good size for a couple, and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were available for our use.

The room was great as far as location goes and balcony with a beautiful view however, we had three nights without air conditioning because the air-conditioning unit continued to malfunction.

The communication was prompt, the view was beautiful, the location was ideal. There were plenty of beach items to use while there. The king size bed was comfortable.The unit does need some maintainence but overall it wasa pretty decent place.We had issues with the locks, the TV but they responded promptly. The shower grout is a bit gross and there is a definite musty smell under the kitchen sink.

Vacation in Paradise

This was our first trip to Honolulu and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The executive suite we rented for the week had stunning views from the balcony. We were near/walking distance from nearly everywhere, and getting around was a breeze. We were slightly away from the hub-bub of the main Waikiki Beach area, and that was nice, even though we enjoyed the few times we explored the area. Would return for sure!
