Great condo with beautiful view on golf course

Incredible views!!! Stunning golf course, mountain, and water views from this end unit ground floor 2 Bd, 2 Ba condo. Best location and no stairs make this one a must see. Beautifully renovated kitchen with newer cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances. The living room features a split granite fireplace and designer paint. Extra long driveway for lots of entertaining. This comes fully furnished and is in the friendly Desert Falls Country Club. The HOA includes an active clubhouse, state of the art fitness facility, tennis courts and many swimming pools. The 18 hole golf course has memberships available, or pay as you play opportunities. Included in your HOA fees is a 24 hour guard gated community, landscaping, exterior and roof maintenance, and cable, including HBO and Showtime.

We absolutely loved our stay at Donna’s place! The condo is lovely and spacious, with the large vanity area in the primary bedroom’s restroom area as a major highlight. We really enjoyed our mornings having coffee on the patio with the beautiful golf course view. Host communication was great. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Lovely condo!

My husband and I spent a week in this condo and loved our stay! Loved the location, the lay out of the unit and its welcoming vibe. It was the perfect place for a winter sun getaway to celebrate my birthday!

Perfect Location

Perfect location. Donna was quick to respond and made check-in and checkout seamless. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets off back patio and comfortable and spacious living arrangements. Quiet location. Will stay again.

Great place to stay in Palm Desert

Condo is right next to a tee box and has a terrific view of the clubhouse, fairways and the surrounding mountains from the patio. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Wonderful condo!

We stay in Desert Falls every year for the BNP tournament. This condo was in the perfect location with a lovely view, and close to the southern exit, as well as the tennis and fitness club. Condo is well stocked with things you will need....towels, paper goods in kitchen, coffee. We never met hosts, but it was easy to communicate with them.

Good condo with nice mtn view over golf course

This condo needs some updating, but overall it has good space and layout. The condo patio opens onto a golf course with great views of the San Jacinto peak.

The location was great. The house was well equipped and the kitchen was well stocked. Donna answered questions quickly when we asked. It would've been nice to have WIFI connections printed somewhere, we had to call and asked.

Relaxation

Great property, wonderful location, close to eating locations that were perfect for our needs, super location on golf course, great (large) TV in living area, quick response to a minor issue we had with the TV.

Great location, good value, beds and furniture comfortable. Pool and hot tubs were close by and well maintained. Gym facilities are great. Lots of condiments, appliances were decent. Needed a little more cleaning, bbq needs a deep cleaning.

Great location with all the amenities (complete kitchen with dining and cookware). BBQ was very handy. Easy accessibility with everything on a ground floor. Beautifully detail with a cent pieces. Comfortably handles 4 people. Secure site. Lovely golf course. Virtually perfection.

Desert Heat

The suite was great big enough for two people, great location for getting around to different events. I would only say that the lighting in the bedrooms weren’t great for reading would subject get better lamps…and that all the window blinds needed cleaning they were filthy, but for a vacation it was perfect

Great stay

We had a great stay here for our staycation - pool access is phenomenal and the property itself is on a beautiful stretch of their golf course! Only complaint would be that the master bed in the second bedroom was more like two twin beds put together and it was horribly uncomfortable and my boyfriend and I kept sliding off the bed or keeping into each other and never really fit right and it was really frustrating for us with two dogs to have it be that way

Spacious and great location on property

We had a great stay for 1 wk in early Apr 2023 as a family with 2 younger children. Owner/Joseph/Donna were very responsive - we didn’t receive any check in info even on day of arrival but when we arrived at PSP airport and messaged via VRBO app, received a response 30-60min later about check in details. Unit is large and spacious and well situated in Desert Falls property. Suited us well because of its ground floor access with patio and close proximity to pool. BBQ and well stocked kitchen was a plus. Previous guests have clearly left items behind, with a few items expired, but having seasonings and other pantry items was very helpful. Unit was relatively clean upon arrival, though not pristine (some old juice and bananas and used water bottles were still on the upper counter when we entered the home and the main bathtub seemed to need another wash/wipe down in the tub). This wasn’t particularly bothersome to us as we were happy with the unit overall, but some guests may find it an issue. We notified the contact person (Donna) about the leftover counter items and she was responsive. Water pressure is very high in main bathroom and normal in other bathroom. Hot water seemed to run out eventually if both showers were going at the same time. We managed fine by using one shower at a time or waiting between showers/staggering use to let hot water return. Laundry room was also very well stocked. Plentiful bath and pool towels. King bed was very comfortable and the unit was never hot even when it when temperatures rose considerably outside during our week. Didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioning. The unit is somewhat outdated but maintained well. It overall presented better in person than in the photos on VRBO. For example, the sofa has been updated since the VRBO photos were taken (not a sofa bed). It was a very relaxing, quiet, and comfortable stay. We would recommend it for couples, friends, or families (with well behaved children) who are not particular about being in the most modern, updated, perfectly functioning rental (which would cost a lot more on the same property). Value was great for the size, function, location, amenities, and supplies available. Families should consider that there are many areas of the unit with home decor that require caution or care. We had no issue with this with our children, but may be a a consideration for some families.

Nice Location and Mountain View

Unit was clean on arrival but all drawers and the dresser drawers could use cleaning. We stayed 3 weeks living out of our suitcases as I didn’t feel like cleaning drawers and there were almost no hangers. Former guests are apparently leaving stuff that isn’t getting tossed out after they leave. We had a nice visit in the desert but we were uncomfortable in the condo. We found the master bedroom foam mattress to be very lumpy and uncomfortable. The queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom is better but too small for both of us to sleep together. So we didn’t get much rest at night. We also thought it was hard to relax in the living room as there was no place to put your feet up or spread out. Dining chair seats are lumpy as well. Overall, the furniture just needs a refresh and a keyless entry would be preferred since I hated digging for keys all the time.

Great vacation stay

This condo was the perfect size for my husband and I with a visit from our daughter & son-in-law. Very comfortable accommodation with a great location. Will return in the future.

A great place to relax

A very comfortable place to relax with a great view of the course. After a round of golf, it is easy to get to the pool nearby - and far enough away that there is no noise. When we needed to speak with the host they were friendly and responsive and have a good sense of humour. Definitely coming back.

Great location - Desert Falls

The overall property and location was ideal and e exactly what we were looking for. The only shortcoming was the kitchen cookware & silverware, quite unorganized and VERY old. A simple fix with a trip to Costco! The condo floors are great, but could really use a deep clean. I would recommend this property if you are looking to get away.. 😁

Beautiful Desert Falls

the property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with basic items like dish soap, paper towel, trash bags , etc. There were even spices in the cupboards. The only complaint would be that the mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. But the property and the amenities at Desert Falls were great. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.
