Great spot for a fun family trip!

Property was great to enjoy lovely fall weather in Mount Pleasant. We did several trips to Charleston, which was only 15 mins away. House was close to the airport, outlets, a few nice malls, and a ton of grocery stores and restaurants! We had a great time in the backyard, playing ping pong and using the firepit. Owner was extra attentive to our needs and the house was probably the most stocked house with towels and kitchen necessities. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful home with outdoor space

Ours was a sister’s trip, it was extra nice that we each had our own bedroom. The house is updated and all the rooms in the house were a nice size. It was perfect for our stay! There are 3 seating areas outdoors that we enjoyed in the evenings. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Charleston. The host was very communicative and helpful, probably the best I’ve dealt with. She lives nearby which was nice to know she was available quickly if we had any issues, which we didn’t. There are a couple rooms where you have one step down to enter. Not a big deal but at night we had to be aware since we’re older. We loved our stay, would definitely stay here again! Charleston.

We didn't want to leave!

Stayed 3 nights at Simply Sunny Fun and didn't want to leave! Exactly as described and even better than pictured! Beautiful neighborhood we felt safe and enjoyed walking our dog! Perfect location; so close to many beaches and attractions! We felt right at home with all the amenities provided; fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linens and towels. My kids loved the backyard & played ping pong whenever we were "home"! Thank you so much, Paula, if we find ourselves back in Charleston area we would love for you to host my family again!

Cozy Christmas Getaway!

Our family traveled to Charleston to spend Christmas with extended family. Our stay here was perfect. We had private space when we needed it but also the flexibility to spend time with lots of family. The fireplace made the space so Christmas-y and the house was so very clean and well kept. Paula was communicative through the whole process and stay. Highly recommend!

Book It You Won’t Be Disappointed

Large, clean, well appointed house located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Host is excellent to interact with and super responsive. Location is ideal with lots of dining options nearby and close proximity to downtown and the beach. House is larger feeling inside than the pictures depict. Nothing bad to pass on about this one.

Perfect house for family getaway

Paula was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house was extremely clean and was in the perfect location between beach and downtown. There was more than enough room for all 3 families! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home

This was an amazing home for our weekend stay. So many helpful things that come with the house to enhance our stay, and the backyard is so great. Paula was very responsive and just lovely to deal with. 10/10!!

Awesome Property

we absolutely loved our stay here. We went for my son’s graduation from Navy school and had a phenomenal trip. This was a perfect property for it. We highly recommend not only the property but the property manager she was amazing to deal with.

Wonderful!

My husband & I have rented a number of homes through VRBO & this has to be one of the best homes we’ve rented. The house was wonderful & the host thought of everything one may need—- even toys for our dogs!! The house was spacious, clean & located in a very nice neighborhood.

Extremely Relaxing

The rental process was easy. Plenty of comfortable seating. All of the beds were comfortable. Great fenced in yard. Paula was available to ensure a pleasant stay. She even left us a welcome treat. Good appliance, washer and dryer. We would definitely return.

Great Property

The property was great and very clean and centrally located to the areas that we wanted to dine and golf. Our hostess was great and made things very nice for us. We would definitely stay there again when we come for our annual trip next year. Paula was an awesome hostess. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Fantastic!!!!!

We had a fantastic time! The house was even better than the pictures! Check in was so easy, and the house was spotless. Completely stocked-we didn’t lack for anything! The fire pit out back was a wonderful touch. It was amazing and so relaxing to come back to the house and enjoy family time and conversations by the fire pit. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We’ve stayed at quite a few places and this was the best place yet by far!!

Fantastic Week

This is a fantastic place that is well appointed and really accommodating, especially for our furry family. If I could give the owner a 10 for communication I would - Paula went out her way to ensure we had what we needed and were happy. It is close to everything we needed and wanted but in a nice quiet neighborhood. WE LOVED IT!!!!!

nice place for out-of-towners coming to a wedding

We had three couples, a great grandmother, and a college student needing a place to stay for a family wedding. This was very nice. The owner made it easy; the rooms were nice, the kitchen more than adequate, and the back yard a relaxing place to have coffee in the morning. Thanks!

Everything about this property was wonderful. Paula was unbelievably attentive and responded to my questions quickly. The property was well equiped and the 8 foot fence was great for our dogs to be able to run around. I would definitely stay here again!

Five stars for Simply Sunny Fun!

The house is lovely, and well- equipped for your comfort and convenience. We especially enjoyed our evening bonfires in the backyard firepit. Paula is a wonderful hostess and even brought us extra firewood when we ran out! We couldn't ask for anything better!

Great House, Wonderful Host

The house is spacious, clean, and convenient to the beach and downtown. Paula was a phenomenal host. She accommodated our need for an earlier check-in and decorated the house for Christmas which made for a festive feel. Could not have asked for more. We would definitely book again.
