A charming cottage located in the heart of Shem Creek just over the bridge in Mt. Pleasant. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and one bathroom. Living area opens into the kitchen with a dining table for four and coastal chic decor. Enjoy the spacious yard while dining al fresco or walk to one of the great restaurants near by. Located a block from the waters of Shem Creek and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards right at the waters edge. In a 4 block radius there are 18 restaurants and bars, 2 coffee shops, a beverage super store, a farmers market, and 2 antique malls. The heart of downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the beach at Sullivan's Island is 3 miles away. The Historic district of the Old Village is walking distance and offers many beautiful antebellum homes, several nice shops and a first class restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, it was fun to walk to Shem Creek, and to pick up pizza walking distance to Coastal Crust. We love Mt. Pleasant!

Property was very pet friendly, home was neat and clean, ample parking was right out front,bbq pit was a little bit crippled,had a fantastic stay,in a great location for dining and siteseeing.

Great property overall. Walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Easy access to downtown, Sullivans, and IOP. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our needs and just as listed. Two parking places right in front, close enough to restaurants that we didn't need to drive, and easy access to the bridge to downtown. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely book again!

The little cottage is very accurately depicted in the listing. We enjoyed the shady courtyard and privacy fence with our dog. The courtyard is a shared space with other guests but the other couple with dog were super friendly and our dogs had fun together. It was so nice to have a well equipped kitchen and laundry machines during our stay. The beds were super cloud like and comfy. Very walkable to local shem creek park and multiple restaurants. Although in a very busy spot, the parking and private outdoor space felt very relaxing and soothing.

The location was wonderful! Close to the boardwalk and great restaurants! The cottage was cozy and clean. We loved the courtyard in the back!

This was a wonderful property in an awesome location. A hidden gem steps from Shem Creek, with close access to all the restaurants and bars. The host was super nice and even mailed me items that I left behind.

Location Location LOCATION! While this property had everything we needed and was very clean, the location is what will absolutely make us gravitate back to this home every time we come back to Mt. Pleasant!

I am semi retired from the medical business and my wife is a nurse at MUSC. We own several properties next door and are big fans of this area. We have one son and live in the old village in Mt Pleasant. In fact our home is only 4 blocks away from this property. Though we have recently acquired this property it is our goal to provide the best experience possible for your stay. The previous owner has done a fantastic job renovating and setting the tone of happy clients for the last 3 years. We plan to carry on that same level of service in hopes that you return for many more visits to our wonderful city.

You cannot get a better location than this one. A private house one block from Shem Creek. The beaches are close, the heart of Charleston is a 12 minute drive and inside of 3 blocks are coffee shops, restaurants, a beverage super store, antique malls and more. All this and a very nice private property with outdoor living space.
