ABOUT THE SPACE: Pier Watch Villas II Unit 309 is a second-row condo near the Cherry Grove Pier in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are three parking passes available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, grilling area, covered parking, and building elevator. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

Condo was clean and a beautiful place. Was great for accommodating a large group! My biggest complaint is that there are no carts at this facility. It makes it SUPER difficult to carry up all groceries and belongings for the week. I wish the host had told me ahead of time that we would need to bring a wagon. Pics are a little outdated. There’s no arcade game and there is no longer a “peek”/view of the ocean because a new hotel is being built where the pics show a “view”. Other than that, it was great. Great location and nice public entry to the ocean!

Great stay. Bring extra toiletries. Bring your spices if you plan to cook. The property was very clean.

We had a wonderful week at this condo with our family! It was very clean, which I am picky about. It was spacious & had a great layout for our extended family of 12. It was a little tricky figuring out how to work the tvs, but we managed. There are not many negatives to this condo, but it helps to be aware of them before you travel. 1) There are no luggage carts to help you move your items to the condo.(there is an elevator though) 2) The pans in our condo need replaced. They are not in good shape. Also, it needs a few common kitchen items like a toaster, scissors, and a 9x13 baking dish. We made things work, but these items would be helpful. 3) There are NO ocean views like it's pictured in the listing. There is new construction across the street that completely take away the ocean views that the condo had. None of these things detracted from our fun time, it just would have helped make it even better. We would definitely recommend this condo & we would stay again!

Great Labor Day Weekend!

The property was perfect for me and my family! The owner was easy to contact and the place was neat, clean and in a perfect location. The decor was nice and the elevator was a life saver!

Great place for family!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was a great fit for our family of twelve! The location was perfect since it was just a short walk to the beach as well as a short drive to many restaurants and activities. If you’re looking for a condo to stay in with a large group, this one is awesome! We will be back!

Absolutely Amazing!!

Highly recommend!! Great location, super nice, Very clean, perfect for our family of 10 everyone had plenty of room and privacy. Definitely will re-book here!! Communication was great also received text updates prior, during and after departure.

Excellent Stay

Thank you for helping us make so many wonderful memories. We enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove. My only concern was we didn't have a transport device for our luggage. Overall, a wonderful time.

Nice, large condo for families

This condo easily accommodated all three families. There were a few minor issues that we made management aware of, but he was extremely quick to respond so that was nice.

Family Reunion Success!

We were so pleased with this property. Great value! We had three families each using 2 rooms and it was spacious, pretty well equipped and located very close to the beach! We loved the two floor style and large group accommodations it provided for 11 of us to spend a week together! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome Condo!

This property is beautiful. It held a large family of 9 adults and 5 children. It is directly across the street from the beach and located close to shopping. The outlet is only 20 minutes away and the hosts were very hospitable. Will definitely book again in the future.

Spacious Condo

The condo was as advertised; open area to gather, well stocked, clean, comfortable, and a good location. John was excellent. He was available to help me with the TV, HVAC unit, and WIFI questions. My family enjoyed the stay.

Perfect

John was absolutely amazing! He was super responsive and very helpful with any last minute questions I had! The condo is perfect for our 3 family's to play cards at the big table and then have our own rooms and spacemst night. Good location. Would go back again.

The setup of the Condo was Excellent! 6 Bedrooms, 4 Baths for our party of 10. Very Spacious!

We had a wonderful experience from the online renting process; to the arrival; throughout our week of vacation and procedures for departure. Minor things need to be addressed: Pac-Man machine needs to be serviced (joy-stick too loose to enjoy play); new coffee pot and the Condo could have been cleaned better. Overall, We loved this place and would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank You!

Great accommodations

The owner and staff definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had a great vacation. All questions were answered immediately via txt message and prior to arriving communication was great so we had no issues whatsoever getting settled. They made everything clear and simple. The condo was clean and neat and the pool was nice. No problems parking either. And we had 3 cars there. Thanks John and staff you guys are awesome!

No more Elliott

The condo was very well kept. Check in was a bit later than what we’re used to but was worth it because it was actually clean. Usually we’ve rented through Elliott and always have to go in and clean before we put anything down. Let’s say it not only smelled clean but was clean. The entire family liked it. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the family. Would definitely rent again.

Great Girls Weekend

My longtime girlfriends rented this unit because of the amount of space it provided. It was very comfortable and very clean. What they don’t tell you is there is a Ms Pac-Man in one of the bedrooms! My fiend almost tore out her shoulder playing it! We are kids from the 80’s if you have not guessed. Only thing that would have made this better is if it had a view and a better pool area. Recommendations if you rent this unit: immediately put your car pass in your vehicle (they are very strict) and bring your own pillow.

If you’re elderly and can’t figure out key pad forget it, dumbest thing we ever. You have long nails FORGET IT, you will stand there for 20 mins til door unlocks. Elevator was broken last day there when told by property management they had no clue when fixed. 4 flights of stairs as a heart patient not good

Vacation

Overall a great stay. Love the area, super convenient to everything. The interior decor was great! Only issue is that we had a couple cockroaches and the pans need replaced, they are terrible.

We are always thankful for our guest’s input about things they like and dislike during there stay. However it is very disappointing in how it is communicated. We like to take the review and reply with the information that we have concerning a specific reservation. In regards to this reservation, we were made aware of issue concerning the pan the night before check out of a 7 night reservation. We were disappointed because our staff is on property EVERYDAY and could have quickly resolved this inconvenience. In regards to the roach concern, we have month pest control and we have not had an issue to date however we did inform this guests of palmetto bugs (ninja bug of SC). We had a issue with balcony doors being left open and these bugs (look like a big roach) fly inside (yes they do fly) . They live in the trees around the property however the pest control treatment usually takes care of them. Our goal is always to exceed our guests expectations, however sometimes we fall short. Thank you again for making us better at what we do.

Wonderful

A perfect condo just across the street from the beach. Roomy, beautifully decorated, great communication from the manager, and perfect for big families! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home

This is a great condo. Plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. The property managers were very nice and quick to respond when we had questions.
