ABOUT THE SPACE: Pier Watch Villa Unit 103 is an oceanfront condo next to the Cherry Grove Pier in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are three parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, balcony, and game room. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

Clean. Beach view. Close to the pier. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Parking with larger vehicles was alittle tricky but overall very happy with our stay here. Would stay at this location again.

Fabulous unit in a great location. We especially liked that some of the bedrooms are separate and some had multiple beds as we had little ones with us. We loved having a pool and hot tub as well as easy beach access.

Comfortable stay for a group of 14

Enjoyed the stay and has bedrooms for everyone. Kids enjoyed sharing double king beds in one bedroom! Loved the dining table - enough for everyone to sit at the same time!

Holiday Getaway

We had a girl getaway. This place is amazing! 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! We were right on the beach and the pool was heating! Great location and great time!

Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

Fantastic Property

We had a great experience here. We had a group of 8 stay for the week and everything was flawless. The condo was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect. Have been to Myrtle Beach/North Myrtle Beach many times and this was the best experience yet.

The condo was very spacious and accommodated our family of 13 very well. Our only complaint was that the large refrigerator we thought we would have was nonfunctioning when we got there and smelled horrible. We found out they were planning to replace it the week after we were there and no one told us in advance. It would’ve been nice to know so we could’ve planned accordingly. They did provide two smaller refrigerators we could use, but with 13 people in the unit, you can imagine having two extra refrigerators in the dining area was a bit cramped. It definitely wasn’t ideal, but we still had a good week. The other issue was with cleanliness. That is 100% not the fault of the host, but whoever cleaned the condo before we arrived should definitely be made aware and potentially replaced. On a good note, the walk to the beach was quick and easy, the view was wonderful, the furniture and decor was very nice, and there was plenty of bedrooms/bathroom for everyone.

Family vacation

We had a family group of 15 people ages ranging from 21-88 and had the best time . The condo had plenty of space for all of us . We especially enjoyed the pool table! We will be back!
