FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 1 - Sleeps 2 - King bed with closet and private en-suite bathroom. Large walk in shower.

BEDROOM 2 - Sleeps 4- Queen over Queen adult or kid bunk bed, closet and adjacent shared hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo.

LIVING ROOM - Sleeps 2- Twin daybed with twin trundle. The living room is open concept.

SECOND FLOOR
BEDROOM 3 - Sleeps 2 - King bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Large walk in shower. Has a separate private porch.

THE KITCHEN
Gourmet appointed kitchen with island seating for up to 6. Brand new appliances and dishwasher.

AMENITIES
Each reservation will be provided with the following.
PER BATHROOM + LAUNDRY ROOM
1 travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap - Brand is Terra Pure Green Tea.
2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 Tide pods laundry detergent

KITCHEN
1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 kitchen soap, 2 trash-bags - you will need to provide anything past our initial start up packet.

Each reservation comes with fresh white towels, hand towels, wash-clothes.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Professionally cleaned each time.
Clean linen program - All linens including duvets are cleaned for each reservation. This a full-time -short term rental property.

PETS
We do allow TWO PETS MAX - with a $275 non refundable pet fee. We will collect this fee upon arrival or you can add it into the reservation. If your pet causes damage beyond the $275, we will charge accordingly after each inspection.

PARKING
Parking for up to 6 cars. No parking at the carriage house. Only park at the main house.

THE BEACH
The closest beach access is a public access called Blue Mountain Beach. Please feel free to look this up in your maps. La Casa Luna is located on Sky High Dune Drive. You are about a 10 minute walk to the main beach path.
