This property is Beautful, clean and an easy walk to the beach! The only thing is there are A LOT of stairs! Our family loved everything and had a great vacation!! The area is very family friendly and has lots of thing within walking distance or a very short drive!!

While we overall had a great week, there were a few hiccups. We connected immediately with the host about the cleanliness of the location upon arrival and had communications with them as the week went on about a few other things. Understanding that sometimes things happen, our group pivoted and adjusted to the space because we obviously had no where else to go. The host was apologetic and easy to work with. We were grateful for they took responsibility and corrected the matter as best as they could. I would book with them again; however, I would definitely utilize the upcoming arrival emails they send a little better to confirm the space and its preparations for our family.

We overall enjoyed our stay at this condo. Both pool areas were nice but there does need to be more shade. One of the pools especially doesn’t get any shade. It would be nice to have some umbrellas out there since we had small children who need that when they aren’t swimming. The hot tub was hot but the jets never worked. We do love the location of the property it wasn’t crowded at all and we were usually the only ones around the pool area during our stay. The beach access is a short walk but nothing terrible. We pulled our kids in a wagon and carried our beach stuff and it only took us maybe 8 minutes to reach the beach. The spooky lane beach access was also a lot less crowded than the gulf place beach accesses which was great. Condo overall was neat and clean but the floors did feel pretty dirty when we first arrived. Everything looked nice and felt clean other than that. We knew of course there’s 4 floors to the condo but it was definitely a little trek to that top floor. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re ok with going up and down stairs pretty constantly. It was nice having a bathroom in every room but with kids I do wish there was more than 1 tub. Also one of the king rooms doesn’t have a functional closet which we weren’t aware of until we got there. It does have a small closet but no hanging rack for clothes. Check in and check out was very easy and smooth. Overall enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!
