Pelican Walk 703 is a fully REMODELED modern 1 bedroom - 2 Bath BEACH FRONT condo! The Gulf front balcony overlooks the east side pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The view is amazing!

Pelican Walk 703 is spacious with 850 square feet of living space. The bedroom has a king size bed and the adjoining private bathroom features a new custom tile shower. The guest full bath also has a new custom tile shower. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar. The living area has plenty of seating and a 65 inch smart TV. This 1 bedroom - 2 bath vacation rental sleeps four guests.

Pelican Walk is located on the East end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive within 2 miles of Schooners, Captain Anderson’s, and St. Andrew’s State Park. Pelican Walk amenities include FREE parking, FREE WIFI, two gulf front pools (one heated seasonally October through April), tennis, pickleball, racquetball, hot tub, two grill areas, and more! Pelican Walk's is close to family entertainment, restaurants, shopping, pontoon & jet ski rentals, golf & mini-golf, and fishing. Are you coming to play baseball or softball in Panama City Beach? Pelican Walk is just a short, 4.7 mile drive to Publix Sports Park. Everything you need is with in a 5 mile radius, leaving you plenty of time for some FUN in the SUN!

Bed was a little too soft for us which is just personal preference wanting something more firm. Overall we give 5/5 stars and highly recommend.

Was a great condo, however it was really lacking in surface areas other than kitchen counter, small kitchen table and tiny living room coffee table, no place to put things in hallway, living area or bedroom. Only one small bedside table, pedestal type, so with the lamp it didn't even hold phone charger and book. Minimal lighting in bedroom. Refrigerator shelving wobbly, couldn't use top shelf for anything heavy. If staying at Pelican Walk would suggest units on the west side for a better view. The bed was adequate, pillows awful, so bring your own. The unit was clean.

Loved the pool and it was very clean. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The only thing I would change is add a ceiling fan in the bedroom :). I would highly recommend this condo and complex and would love to stay here again.

I had water over flowing from a toliet in condo above me at 6:30 am. Had it not stopped the whole condo could have been badly damaged by the time the office answered at 9.

The complex has recently gone thru some upgrades in the common areas around the pools and is done very nicely as well. The property is in a great location on the quieter section of Thomas Dr. - so family friendly and easy to get in and out.
