Thanksgiving getaway

We all enjoyed the property and April was a lovely host! The home is very well stocked and we could have prepared a large meal if needed.

Amazing property with stellar view and service

Host was perfect in all aspects..gorgeous views and all the little touches that made our stay exceptional. Property inside and out was stellar. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Views and Great Place to Stay

The property was beautiful and a great place to get back in touch with nature. The views were spectacular with mountains in the background and the city of Boulder nested between them. April was very gracious and provided us with information on anything from activities to great places to eat. I highly recommend this place!!

Great weather and an amazing view!

Our family of five adults had a great time! April was a wonderful host and the home was perfect for our getaway to enjoy cool weather while being close to Downtown Boulder. From the nighttime views of the Denver lights twinkling to the wild deer and bunnies roaming the property everyday, the whole vacation was spectacular and relaxing.

Nice property in hills above Boulder, 10 min from downtown; beautiful front view - dear came to visit us; house itself with everything you need for stay ; owner pleasant and helpful; will be back.

Absolutely amazing in every way. We stayed a week and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the home was so cozy. We loved everything about it!

Friends concert get together

Aprils house is amazing. The location is perfect for visiting landmarks. My favorite time was morning coffee with amazing views of Boulder and all the wildlife. The house is very comfortable and well equipped.

Absolutely Perfect

April is the best host we have ever had! She thinks of everything that makes you feel at home. The property was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and plan on coming back!

Wonderful accomadations

What a beautiful stay. Amazing views at your fingertips make it impossible to not relax. Plenty of wildlife to see right at the property. The hosts accomadations and recommendations were top notch and extremely helpful. Wether you’re wanting to hit up the major sights or just do local hiking the place is an easy in and easy out for a mountain stay. Just loved our stay with April and couldn’t have picked a better spot for us.

The Best Part of our Boulder Experience

The property is beautifully situated on a quiet hillside with beautiful scenery and excellent wildlife viewing. It was better than expected and a highlight of our visit with friends. After visiting the bustling communities in the area, the house provided a place for peace and quiet away from the bustle.

Peaceful Retreat

Exactly what we were looking for. Peace and tranquility for a few days and ability to disconnect and easy access to Boulder when needed. April was very responsive and engaging and answered all questions quickly. Would stay again

A bit of heaven behind the Flatirons

April's place was absolutely fantastic. She made sure everything was just right for our stay and unlike so many VRBOs, the place was absolutely neat and clean. It was quiet and peaceful, a perfect base of operations for all our day hikes around Boulder and evening visits to Boulder itself. We are most definitely coming back next year (and the years after that!).

Best Vrbo EVER

This was the most amazing trip my family and I have ever had. April was nothing short of fantastic and her home is gorgeous. Cozy, serene and beyond beautiful. She was beyond accommodating and my kids absolutely loved the outdoor space and horses! We cannot wait to come back!!

All the comforts of home!

Beautiful, well acquainted home with lots of little touches aimed toward making you comfortable. The home fit our family of 5 adults easily, with open, large gathering space. The owner anticipated needs and was available if needed. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations in every way. Close enough to Boulder yet far enough to get away. Spectacular views. Very lovely and comfortable home. I did not want to leave.

The perfect mountain retreat!

I spent 3 days at the cabin, and it was absolutely perfect. From the beautiful artwork on the walls to the wood-burning stove, it was pure magic. A herd of deer hung out on the property, adding to the vast mountain views. There was almost pure silence the entire time, and loved be surrounded by privacy. I highly recommend.

Ideal mountain escape

April’s place is excellently appointed, beautiful, and was perfect for our family. The views are stunning, the home is clean and has everything you need (and more) for an amazing stay. My boys also loved visiting with the horses each day! Communication with April was easy, friendly and efficient. She is a fantastic host. We cannot wait to return!!!!
