This house was great. Walking distance to Pearl street and very nicely appointed for days where you just want to hang out. Everything was great and we look forward to staying again.

This property is amazing. Upon opening up the door, it is bright light spectacular views easy access to Pearl Street but most importantly it is a place where you can relax and enjoy family time. Kitchen is amazing. Outdoor area is great and if you are traveling with children the downstairs basement playroom is perfect

Amazing property with all the modern conveniences. Great space for everyone to spread out and a quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything. Would gladly book again

Home was perfect for my son's wedding in Boulder. Close enough to Pearl Street to walk. House was immaculate and roomy enough for two families. Space for two cars made parking easy. Would definitely book again! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home & great location
The home was beautiful and a perfect fit for our group. Communication with the property manager was easy & responsive. Easy walk up to Pearl St. Would stay here again!

The place was beautiful, and a very pleasant walk to plenty of great coffee shops and places to dine. We'd absolutely recommend this place without reservation and look forward to staying here again! Dave

Great place for families!
We had a fantastic time in Boulder with three generations of our family. The place was so clean and functioned very well for us. The location was great too! Walking distance from Pearl Street and walking trails. We’ll rent this one again when we’re back in town!

Can't recommend this place enough! Beautiful home in a great location! Host was top notch and very accommodating and attentive. Amazing kitchen and open gathering space. Outdoor space also beautiful and well-kept. Basement playroom was awesome for young children - stocked with lots of toys! Two parking spaces were great and for additional cars there was easy street parking close by. We were in Boulder for our son's wedding and this was a perfect place for our family(s).

Great place for family and friends gathering. Gorgeous home. Wonderful neighborhood. Perfect walking distance to Pearl to get some steps in. Convenient driving locations too.

Perfect home for our trip to Boulder! Home is as described, newly renovated, all amenities provided, large rooms especially kitchen/dining area, super location with proximity to Pearl Street pedestrial mall with abundance of fun restaurants/shops. Hiking trails/parks are nearby and easy day trips from the home N,S,E and West of the town made for a great week of exploring the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend this home!

Great house with parking and close to Pearl Street. The kitchen is very large and great for our group. The house was well stocked with toys for the kids as well.
